Willow White had a good life. She had a husband and two kids who adored her, a pair of beloved dogs, and a house in the suburbs. All she wanted was one night to go wild - one night to go out and have fun with her best friend of over twenty years. It was just supposed to be a concert, a chance to see her #1 all-time crush, Elliot Moon, a drop-dead sexy, kick-ass vocalist.
She knew everything about him - from his birthday down to his favorite color - but what she didn’t know was the horrifying secret he hid from the world, but the truth could only stay hidden for so long. He was a wolf shifter - a man turned to beast by the light of the full moon. What’s more, he was the Alpha of his pack, and Willow White, a simple, everyday suburban mom, was his fated mate.
Maybe my review is not fair on the book because I didn’t finish. I just read 15% and I just couldn’t get into the book. I didn’t like that it was third person POV nor I didn’t like how our FL’s friend supposedly told her the ML is “a wolf” and he is dangerous. Or so she implied and she was “ok” with it. It made me wonder “but do humans know about the existence of other creatures or not”? Maybe I will know if I keep reading but… 🫣
