Dating Santa Claus was never in Holly’s life plan, but six months into their relationship, she can’t imagine a better life. Claus is the perfect guy; sweet, kind, passionate. There’s only one his job, making billions of toys every year, keeps him in his workshop when he should be in the bedroom. When Holly suggests a romantic vacation, it seems she has found the perfect solution. But trying to relax when you’re dating the world’s most recognizable man is easier said than done.
*** Plowed is a short, erotic story following the events of Santa Claus is Going to Town on Me also by M.L. Eliza. It features a plus-sized hero and heroine in an already established relationship.
This was also funny and an enjoyable holiday read. You should read the first one first. I love seeing obviously fat characters in romance books!
Also though just as a side note Santa can change sizes in this book because of course he can, but he chooses to stay fat and I think that that is a bigger deal than we realize. So often fatness is vilified and in books where the characters have the ability to change their appearance, they will almost always stay thin or muscled etc. It is so rare to have a character actively choose to be fat when there are other easily accessible options. Fantasy books are wild and anything goes but fatness is always vilified and it is such a breath of fresh air to see two fat MCs.

Holly and Santa Clause have been dating for six months and things couldn't be better between them. The only problem is Santa is responsible for making billions of toys are starting to feel burnt out. Holly suggests a romantic vacation for Santa to recharge and relax.
This was a simply wonderful addition to the first book. I loved getting to connect back with Holly and Santa. They're so in love and can't get enough of one another. Santa would do anything to please Holly and he's not afraid to use a toy, or two, to satisfy his woman. I hope ML Eliza writes more about these two.
Holly and Santa are back a couple of months after getting together are are still madly in love with each other. I swear when reading this, I wanted my own Santa- he's perfection frfr. Santa is burned out and so Holly decides that he needs a vacation. Beaches are not his thing so they go to the snowy mountains and have fun times in some stranger's house 😉 nearly get caught then Santa makes their own cabin. He makes every wish Holly wants come true 🥵 I honestly want more of them ❤️
Still cute, but not as sugary magical as the first.
Plowed follows Holly and Claus after they've established and settled into their relationship—6 Earth months, but 5 Claus years—and things aren't going the most smoothly. There's stress and frustrations. Doubts. But still lots of fun times and toys. And maybe even a promising teaser in that epilogue for a third installment?
I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily posting a review. All opinions are my own.
Sexy Santa is back in action (hehe) in M.L. Eliza’s Plowed: A Claus and Holly Story. A direct sequel to last year’s Santa Claus Is Going to Town on Me, it captures the same magic that made the first one simultaneously super sweet and super sexy.
While the plot is not what you’re coming to these books for, I did like how the story elements complement the sexy bits, and feel consistent with the established lore. Claus and Holly are still very much happy and in love, and having lots of sex, but they’re struggling to navigate the increased pressure the impending holiday season is putting on their relationship. And even their attempt to unwind fails, as Santa can’t exactly go on vacation and not attract attention (although most people don’t realize he’s the real Santa).
Ultimately, I loved the believable way they worked through this rough patch, managing to make time for each other and their relationship, while still finding a way for Santa to fulfill his responsibilities in a new, innovative way.
This is another deliciously steamy holiday treat, and if you enjoyed the first book, or if you’re a fan of the “sexy Santa” archetype, I recommend picking this one up!
It’s been six months, well, Earth months anyway, since Holly met Santa Claus that fateful Christmas night. In Santa’s pocket realm, it’s been five sexy years. But, things are tense as the human population on Earth keeps growing and kids’ Christmas wishes get more and more complicated. The days of wooden horses and dolls are long gone and Santa is feeling the strain on his magic. Holly, knowing burnout when she sees it, pushes Claus take a vacation to rest and reset.
The vacation is basically one calamity after another from people staring at the speedo-clad Santa “look-alike” to a near-miss with residents in a mountain cabin. Still, this is Holly and Claus we’re talking about so they still get their sexy on wherever they go. This novella is a great follow-up to Santa Claus is Going to Town on Me. While it is a spicy seasonal romp, there’s still character development, plot, and emotions. Oh, and let’s not forget the candy-striped adult toys… A great holiday read!
Book one in this series was short. This second book should have have been the extended epilogue. This novella was also very strange and bizarre and full of Santa magic.
In it, Santa and Holly have been together for 6 human months (human months, as they live on his planet now). He has been behind in toy production and earth’s population hits 8 billion people which means more work and more burnout to contend with.
Their solution is to take a vacation which of course enables them find a remedy to all their problems.
I did not like this book as much as the first. It did not have very many laugh-out-loud moments.
Overall, this book duo is a fun adult look at Santa and Christmas. Because of the mature adult themes and extensive spice, it is quite a juxtaposition to the story of Santa well all know.
The sequel to last year's Santa Claus Is Going To Town On Me is here! Aptly named PLOWED, M.L. Eliza gives us everything we loved about its predecessor and builds on it with this one. We still get some whimsy magical and we get to see and read about more of Santa's powers (both sexual and non-sexual). There's some good heart in this as well as just enough spice and heat to give your eggnog a run for its money in keeping you warm this season. And, yes, this is all Santa-y but it's still got a nice layer of verisimilitude about it that a lot of other Santa smut books lack. AND we get a teaser for a potential plot point in next year's book if it gets made!?? PLEASE!! We need more of this Santa and we definitely want to see Santa... in that situation!
This was a nice sequel to Santa Claus Is Going To Town On Me. I enjoyed seeing Holly and Claus interact with each other a few months down the road. I liked how Holly tried to figure out how she could help Claus relax. This was a sexy and sweet read.
Plowed is as cute, kinky, and unapologetically filthy as its predecessor, but significantly shorter and without nearly as many feels. But that's okay. It's intended to be a check-in of sorts, and the chemistry and overall relationship between Holly and Claus remains so wonderful, I love the way these two are simultaneously wholesome and hedonistic. Get you a partner that can do both, am I right?
The pros are that it's a fun time and it's a quick Xmas treat. Cons are that some of the language is repetitive and some of the specific words took me out of it, but that's just a me thing. The peppermint thing kills me, in both a pro and con way. If she keeps writing them, I will probably keep reading them.
This was everything I wanted it to be. Pure Santa smut. Perfection. Santa’s come being peppermint flavoured was not something one forgets from the first novella haha. Claus and Holly are just so sweet.
The fact that there is a book with the words “throbbing santahood” shows how far we have strayed from gods light lmao. I am fighting the big sad by reading goofy ass Christmas novellas. The absurdity of this gave me a giggle. It wasn’t good but it was fun and that’s all I can ask for.
Listen, it's Christmas-time and I'm trying to complete my Goodreads reading goal. I love a bonkers romance as much as the next gal, but the phrase "throbbing Santahood" was something I never needed burned into my retinas. Perfect novella to round out the year!
I got this as a gift and promised I’d read it. This was, quite frankly, one of the most bizarre things I’ve ever read. I don’t mean that in a bad way, but I think unlike most readers I was unprepared for it. However if Santa smut is your thing then this book is for you.
Another sexy, fun & heartfelt instalment of Holly & Claus!! I never fail to laugh out loud and love Marie Lipscomb’s writing & this novella was another winner ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
