Book 20 in the fun witchy cosy mystery series Paranormal Investigation Bureau.
Lily and the gang are off to Sydney, Australia, where she and Will hope to tie the knot. However, when Lily discovers a body washed up on the beach, their plans are thrown into chaos. The body happens to be someone she knows, and it breaks her heart.
Just when they thought they'd left the crime and mysteries behind them for two weeks, the universe conspires to prove them wrong. Not only that, but the Australian witch authorities have banned magic use. If the gang thought solving a murder was hard before, it will be almost impossible with no resources and no magic.
Can Lily and Will solve the mystery and finally get married before their two weeks are up, or will circumstances and an annoying witch official who has it in for Lily conspire to make their nuptials an impossibility?
If you enjoy light-hearted cozy mysteries, you'll love this! For fans of Angie Fox's Southern Ghost Hunter Series and Annabelle Chase's Spellbound Cozy Mystery Series.
I love reading and writing. I'm a mother to two teens and two Siamese cats. I've got an associate degree of creative writing and am a full-time author. I write paranormal cosy mysteries with heroines who are quirky, kind, and love to right wrongs and get justice. I also love to make people laugh and give them an awesome escape, which is why I tell stories.
I liked that the mystery was actual not witched based and that very little magic was used to solve the mystery. A lot of old fashion detective work cause the crime happened to a non witch by a non witch. The wedding was very sweet! It was nice to see all the characters we have followed be there for each other. I feel like she loved her squirts the way I love my cats. Perhaps too much.
So sad that one of Lily’s friends had to die. Her other two friends - their whole interactions were kinda weird. Maybe because they haven’t really been in the series but they almost felt like an afterthought. It was nice that Ma’am bought their childhood home and saved it to give back to the family. Glad the wedding finally happened!

I absolutely Love this series! Yes, I know that I have said that before on at least two, three or 19 more of these quirky, fun, humor filled books, but they are just plain fun to read. Lily is such a kooky, funny kid, and the antics she gets up to are fun to read. I love the magic! It is almost believable. This was a great, fast paced, perfect book!
Westerham Witches and an Aussie Misadventure . book 20
Well here we are, one book left to go in the fantastic series! I am completely hooked and love these characters very much. Spills, thrills, humour and lots of squirrely love. I highly recommend this book and this series.
Omg we finally get to Australia to get married! Lily meets up with her friends who she hasn't seen since leaving for the UK. They all meet up for a walk on the beach to only uncover a dead body.. that and to contend with the alphabet agency 😂 (if you've read these you'll get it)
The dead body is Lilly's friend, so I definitely cried at this book and laughed. I really don't want this series to end.
Love this series! The main character has a delightful inner monolog. It keeps these stories from getting too serious and keeps you coming back for more. Very entertaining.
