I felt this is a big time “I am a nice guy” and hence listen to me kind of a storyline. Most of the points he shares is basics of people management and on personal life there are way better coaches to listen to. A total marketing of his own company and himself. There are some snippets of wisdom but there are way more points on why him and his company are the best. There are almost no examples of where him being nice helped others. But talks about how being nice he helped himself through divorces and job scares. I am nice and I still made 200 million is the large storyline which you can safely skip!
