Preacher and the team are sent to Bolivia to investigate the next attacks on Americans on Foreign soil from the No Safe Haven terror group. He and the team are tasked to work with the CIA and DEA, including the woman he’s wanted since he met her. He hadn’t expected to see the beautiful, exotic Karasu again, but, nevertheless, she hasn’t been far from his thoughts. He’s still working through his own demons, still celibate. The question is does he want to remain that way as the tension inside him builds. Could his way be clearer with physical contact? What more could they hope to have in the secret and covert world they live in?

Karasu hasn’t ever forgotten the man who had bested her in more ways than one. He still presented a huge challenge both physically and more terrifyingly, emotionally. Her past is fraught with ugly secrets and shameful acts that shaped her into the killing machine she has become. Can she break away from the shadowy world she has pledged her life and energy to for so long? How does a woman who has given everything for the agency find another path?

Preacher a Navy Seal on Team Tier 1.
Karasu is a CIA Shadow guard.

Preacher is an alpha protective male.
Karasu is an independent kick ass female.

Val took over Darko Stjepanus vast fortune in Bosnia,

Volk was trying to locate Zorra and was captured and they both
we’re being held and given a Gruber Vial, which is filled with poison as well as a drug to render them helpless.

You will have to read the book to find out what happens and if Karasu and Preacher get together.

This book has suspense, intrigue, romance action, twists, turns, drama and lots of emotions.

Great Job Zoe Dawson !!!

Oh wow, another great book from this brilliant author, I can thoroughly recommend not only it but this series. Preacher and the rest of his team have been sent to Bolivia to continue the hunt for the No Safe Haven group, and he meets Karasu, from the CIA’s Shadowguard, again. The chemistry between them has been and continues to be off the charts, but he has taken a vow of celibacy - will their mutual attraction be pushed aside while they work together with others to find and stop the terrorist group? This is a fast paced book with lots of twists as the fight goes on on both personal and team levels, it kept me engrossed from the first page. I can’t wait for the next in the series.

“Bitterness Has One Victim. You”

Book 2 in the Seal Team Tier 1 series continues with the quest to put an end to “No Safe Haven” (NSH) terrorist organization and its mission to annihilate innocent Americans in different parts of the world. Amidst this quest readers follow Preacher’s emotional struggles attempting to come to terms with the resentment of the Navy’s decision to dismiss Striker. We simultaneously follow Karasu’s passionate desire to take down her former captor, Savic, a mission that she strongly feels is the only way she can free herself from the psychological “chains” that still bind her and prevent her from becoming totally free to live her life. GQ also struggles with family issues.

A lot was going on in this book, which for me at times created a fragmented read. I felt that parts of the book lacked the substantive storytelling that Ms. Dawson is SO VERY capable of writing. I would have liked to read more details of what Karasu endured during her captivity. The passionate disclosure to Preacher that capturing or destroying Slavic was a non negotiable mission for her was to me a powerful, well written scene and I was in need of more of the same in this book. I love Karasu’s CIA Shadowguard partner, Volk, and his deeply caring, selfless and protective personality.

Ms. Dawson also had written an inconsistency and referred to Iceman and Rose as married in one portion and then engaged, later on. The epilogue was a little rushed and required more depth in storytelling. We are left with unanswered questions concerning GQ and his family issue which I hope was just intentional and will be addressed in the next installment in this series.

I still feel the book was worth the read. I never tire of the bantering among the team members and it was still overall a good story. Looking forward to the next book in the series though Ms. Dawson is branching out to another series of Seal Teams at the moment.

Once again Zoe has given us a book that you won't want to put down as you turn the pages as fast as you can. She is an absolute artist at drawing her various teams together and keeping storylines going from one series to the next and this is no different

We have met Preacher in both Neo and Iceman's story and Karasu who is a member of the CIA's Shadowguard along with her team mate Volk. Now we will travel back to Bosnia and the Stjepanus group one that destroyed careers and nearly killed Preacher. Someone has taken over where Darko Stjepanus ended and they are intent on domination but this time they are using the Gruber Valve the drug that has been controlling people that the No Safe Haven Group has been using as terrorists. Can they get to the bottom of who is behind this latest terrorist threat Meanwhile the attraction between them is coming to the boil will preacher give up his celibacy Will he be able to work with Karasu and how will she handle Vole been taken captive. All i know is that this is a thrill ride that you won't want to put down While these books could at a pinch be read as separate stories you will have a far greater understanding and depth of read if you read them all in order

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "PREACHER"
I'm never surprised by this authors talent to write phenominal interesting, entertaining, intriguing, suspense filled stories, full of action, deceit, secrets, danger, terrorists, steamy scenes, loss, grief, twists that have glued to your seat till finished reading.
Preacher a Navy Seal on Team Tier 1, Karasu who is the CIA's Shadowguard along with her team mate Volk both in Bosnia, the Darko Stjepanus group the one that destroyed careers & almost killed Preacher but someone else has taken over & using the Gruber Valve the drug that has been controlling people that the No Safe Haven Group has been using.
I definitely recommend to get this riviting intense story will they figure who's behind the terrorist threat, will the attraction between Preacher who's been celibate will he finally give to Karasu, how will she handle Vole being taken you must get this book to see what's going to happen such an addicting read you so won't be disappointed.

This story has some of it all. Action, suspense, danger, and a couple who not only burn with undeniable passion for each other, but who can work seaminglessly together in the covert world...even before they become a "couple." Karasu is one tough woman who can kick butt and take names for the agency in the shadows. And I love how respectful Preacher is of that and how much he believes in her abilities. They both have demons from their past and realize they're stronger together for overcoming those obstacles, paving the way to their HEA. Loved the united front against those demons: “I will follow you into whatever dark pit you want to take me. Then we’ll get the $%"# out of it together.”

I love Zoe Dawson's books in every story she gives us every single thing action, suspense, danger, and a couple whose chemistry burns with so much passion they work seamlessly together in their missions. I adore Karasu, a strong woman who can kick butt and take names working for the agency from the shadows.
Preacher believes in her abilities and gives her his support. Their demons from their past have made them stronger together overcoming those and helping them achive their HEA. I loved this couple and this addition to the series.

So I put off reading this book. I just couldn’t seem to get into either Preacher or Karasu’s character based on previous books. But I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this book. The story was well done and it was a solid plot. Getting deeper into each character made for a very enjoyable read.

Amazing ending to the horrible terror that was unleashed against Americans. The love was so strong in this story I couldn't find words to describe it.
