The explosive third book in the Filthy Wicked Psychos series...

Note: The blurb below contains spoilers for the previous books, so I'd recommend not reading it until you've finished Twisted Game and Beautiful Devils. You've been warned!

***
I’ll do anything to protect them… even if it means walking away.

The Voronin brothers didn’t just save my life. They showed me what it’s like to be truly cared for, to be a part of an unbreakable bond. Which is why I have to do this.

Because even though I never meant for it to happen, I’m falling for all three of them. Malice, Victor, and Ransom each own a piece of my heart, and the thought of what X could do to them makes me feel sick.

So if it keeps them safe, I’ll walk through the very gates of hell. I’ll sign my life over to a man who has a sick fascination with me and a woman who sees me as a tool to manipulate.

Once, I thought the brothers were monsters… but I’m only just starting to understand who the real monsters are.

Corrupt Vow is a full-length new adult romance with dark themes, damaged anti-heroes, and high heat. It is book three of four in the series.

*takes a deep breath* I AM NOT OKAY I AM NOT OKAY I AM NOT OKAY. I should have seen this coming honestly. That cliffy right there at the end? BLOODY BRUTAL. How am I supposed to survive and go on with my life as normal after this???😭😭😭 Like seriously, everytime I think that Eva's books couldn't get any better than this, she surprises me and manages to blow my mind time and time again. I legit gobbled this shit up in less than 12 hours, no kidding. Y'all the spice, the character development...everything was top notch and mwah *chef's kiss*. And my baby, Vic...gawsh I was so happy to see him finally give in to his feelings for Willow in this book. Mal was equally perfect as well as we got to see a softer him of him, especially towards the end. And Ransom my love...he was the perfect combination of swoonworthy and dirtily delicious at the same time. No doubt that the Voronin brother are the top of my list of favorite fictional men atp. By now, Eva Ashwood has quicky become an all time fav author for me and honestly, nobody writes a good RH romance novel like her. Packed with the perfect amount of steam, tension and feels, Corrupt Vow exceeded my expectations in many ways. So, so, so worth the five stars - if I could, I would def give this entire series a higher rating. I'm honestly SO excited to read the fourth installment and conclusion to the Filthy Wicked Psychos series - even though I'm prolly gonna cry while saying goodbye to these characters - and to see my babies get the HEA they deserve🥺💕 Until then, I'll be waiting patiently for Savage Hearts while Willow, Malice, Victor and Ransom live in my head rent free hehe😌

*Thank you to Eva Ashwood for providing me with an ARC🤎

3.5 stars!

Corrupt Vow is the third book in the Filthy Wicked Psychos series and can be explained in one GIF...

description

Willow and her men have a rough road ahead of them and are in the fight of their lives. This was angsty, steamy, and at times a little silly. However, Willow won't stop fighting for their HEA and neither will M, Ransom, and Vic.

“You’re ours,” I remind her, my voice firm and intense. “No matter what happens, that’s never gonna change. We’ll never let you belong to anyone else.”

I loved the interaction between all of them when they were together and when they were one-on-one. Each character has unique and distinctive personalities and they all just worked. Even knowing that everything could come crashing down, they chose to fight.

“Every part of you is ours,” he continues. “Your mind. Your heart. Your pleasure. Your pain. And we might share with each other, but make no goddamn mistake—any other fucker who touches you isn’t long for this world.”

I look forward to how all of them fix the predicament they're in and move forward.

"Willow could never be a pawn. She was always meant to be a queen."

Ok. These books are getting progressively harder to read. In an emotional way, I mean.
Im still really enjoying them.
The ending to this was very stressful, though. I had to go to the next book immediately.

Im gonna get back to it now.
If things don’t fall apart in some dramatically bad way, this series will be another win from this author.🤞🏻

Corrupt Vow picks right up from Beautiful Devils and if there's one emotion that was a good 50% of the book, it was rage and anxiety. There's just so much going on and poor Willow and the guys.. they are non-stop dealing with *some shit*. It was hard to put the book down as the story just sucks you in and I truly have no complaints with everything.

I love how unique Willow's relationship with each of the brothers are and if you've read the first two, you'll know when I say: Victor. I needn't say more. Willow's relationship with Ransom and Malice progresses beautifully in here as well, but it was truly about Victor in here. The banter between the brothers brought lighter moments which was really needed and it was a great way to show how much they love each other.

Now, the spice. Filthy fucking good. Ms. Ashwood really brought this up another level when it was already so hot; hats off to her, truly.

We're left on another huge cliffhanger and I'm sad that Savage Hearts is the final for Willow and the brothers, but I can't wait to read how this all ends up. This is still a favorite series, and I can't recommend this enough if you're looking for a dark and thrilling RH.

Even the smut got boring, like the internal dialogue could have been cut at least 75%. I’ll still probably read the last book at some point though lol.

Bit slower than the first two books!
Bringing in the forced/arranged marriage trope too as secondary trope (not between our main mmc’s and willow)
However the second half of this book is basically all of them on the run and it dragged just a bit for me, I think this storyline could’ve been so exciting but was just a bit flat, also doesn’t help I find Olivia infuriating and I just want her to get what she deserves and get her karma 😤

The main highlight of this book for me was Victors character development I fucking love him so much 🥹 he’s one of my favourite characters ever!

EVA WHAT THE FUCK WITH THE FUCKING CLIFFHANGERS BRO. like i really love you, but in this exact and particular moment - really fuck u lolllll. are you the cliffhanger queen? I think so. I am way too invested to be left like this. this is like when you’re a few minutes in your vibrator dies. LMAO FUCKING TRAGIC.

These men are everything. And each one has their own personality, which makes you feel like you’re really not missing anything. I will never ever ever get over Daddy malice. I love a man in charge lol and he is not what I would call “ grumpy” but he definitely has a sassy attitude. Victor is just the most precious thing I have ever seen in my whole life, but still somehow is sexy Af. And if ever, there was a golden retriever of the brothers, it is my baby ransom. The dynamic these brother have is unmatched. I LIVEEEE..

I also love how Willow is becoming more and more and more of a BA. She is really becoming independent and learning to not take crap from anyone. I hope that in the next book she really really really becomes a BA, because with that cliffhanger, she really doesn’t have a choice lol.

Every time I read these books, I’m convinced that they can’t get better and yet they do. And I’ve tried to talk myself into believing that Eva would never ever ever leave me on a cliffhanger, and then she shreds me. Shreds me like sharp cheddar LOL.

Eva, you have truly done it again. Holy shit, when I thought this series could not get better SOMEHOW it did. The twist and turns had me on edge. Every chapter had me rooting more and more for everything this book was giving me. A masterpiece!

Not to mention, the best part, the spiceeeee oh my goooodnesssss was next level 🥵

You are a tease for that cliffhanger though 😭
Here’s to waiting for part 4, even though I don’t want this series to ever end 🥲

Thank you for the opportunity to read the ARC Eva!!! 💕

This made me want to rip my hair out.

This is the first book i have ever DNF so you just know it was unbearable.

I couldn’t take anymore, i’m bored and it dragged on so much i need it to end. I will not be reading the last book it’s just too much.

Also, there is way too much smut, it’s unnecessary and it makes the book so much longer than it has to be.

All these stars are for Victor because he finally "lost" his control and we get that perfect Victor and Willow scene hehe. I liked how he can finally touch her without hesitating and all that. This is what I was looking forward to when I started reading this book. The story, however, I found boring. I mostly skim-read this and will probably do it again for the last installment just so I could see how it all ended (sorry!).

Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5/5
Spicy content 🌶🌶🌶.5/5

There is a lot more drama and action in this book, which was refreshing. And I love seeing all the possessive men, haha.

Victor is my favourite, I swear. Like, I like all the guys in this book, but Victor just makes me smile.
I really hope that the grandmother gets what is coming to her, though.

Another short review, but I can't wait to see how this saga ends.

I fell in love with the Voronin brothers from the moment I met them in the first book. First of all, the spice is top tier. Especially the scenes with all of them, GOOD LORD 🥵

My favourite scene was where Ransom and Malice double-teamed Willow and Vic was kissing her. The way I GASPED 🫠👏🏻

These books make me want my own harem so bad 😭

I've been anticipating Vic letting go with Willow since the first book, and he finally lost his virginity and it was amazing. I love him 🥰

There were some things I wasn't a fan of, which is why I'm giving it only three stars. I really didn't like that like 80% of the chapters were from Willow's POV. It became extremely repetitive, especially since she over-explains everything. Some things don't need to be explained over and over again. For example; how she observes how the brothers must feel about something, and then dissects that over and over again. It's not necessary. After three books, we know the characters well and we can tell why and how they feel from their lines and dialogue. It made it hard for me to keep reading sometimes and I had to take more breaks than I usually would when reading a book.

I really wish we would've gotten more chapters from the brother's POV. It would have made the book so much better for me, because I'm reading this book for them. I find Willow a little boring, if I'm being honest. She has gotten a lot more backbone since the first book which I'm happy about, but still not enough to love her.

I always tab every single spicy chapter with stickers, and let me tell you, there were a LOT. And I'm always here for that, hehe 🤪

Some highlights:

“You're ours. And we're going to keep you. No one else gets to have you.”
I'm always a sucker for the “you're mine” line, but YOU'RE OURS gets me riled up even more 🫶🏻

“Dirty girl. You want all your pretty holes filled, don't you? You want me and my brothers to make sure you get fucked the way you deserve.”
“I know you want a nice hard dick in your pretty, tight ass. Maybe one day I'll fuck you there. Would you like that? Me fucking your ass while Malice fucks your perfect pussy?” Ransom with his filthy mouth 🔥

“I've lived my whole damned life surrounded by violence. Outside and inside my own mind, it's always violence. I never really let myself consider what it would be like to have peace. But now that I've had a taste of it, I want more.”
“What do you mean? What taste?”
“You. Having you is the closest thing to peace I've ever felt.”
I loved Malice's vulnerability in this book. Also, learning what he went through in prison. Poor bby 🥺

When Willow was in her wedding dress 🫠
“I'm not gonna help you take that dress off. I'm gonna fuck you in it. To prove to the entire universe that no wedding dress, no fake vows, no church or goddamned priest can change the fact that you belong to me and my brothers.”

VIC'S SCENE WITH WILLOW.
“Who's cum are you wearing, butterfly?”
“My mark. Mine.” Who knew he would be so possessive in the bedroom. I was pleasantly surprised 🙌🏻

That fucking cliffhanger thoughhhh. Goddamnit. I will start Savage Hearts probably this week. Very curious how it will all turn out.

So, all in all, ⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars.

Okay, let me just say that I started this series thinking it was completed and the PURE PAIN of having to wait for each new release after the cliffhangers is slowly crushing my soul. I'm still not going to stop reading them though.

I have loved Vic from the first book and this book really allows him to shine. Honestly, both he and Malice are my favourites and I feel like they have both had so much growth through the series. Ransom is great for bringing in sweet and light moments. Willow just continues to be the badass she is as she has continually managed to find comfort in her own self and accept her own needs.

My only issue was I found a few things a bit predictable, but they were minor and didn't pull me out of the overall storyline. I still read the book in basically one sitting.

I can't believe I need to wait until October for the next book! I so hope that day changes and I can read the final book in the series sooner. Eva Ashwood has been a favourite of mine since I stumbled across the Kings of Chaos series and I will continue to read everything she writes.

I only read this book because I am a sucker for punishment. I loved the first book, liked the second, and barely tolerated the third. This review will contain spoilers.

The plot is the only reason I am giving this 2 stars. If it was based on characters and smut, it would be a 4. We left book 2 with the grandma being outed as the bad guy and Willow separated from the boys. We go on with the grandma forcing Willow into marriage with a sleaze bag to protect the boys. I thought, give it a few chapters and the brothers will save her and all would be good. NO. We get chapter after chapter of manipulation and rage and stupid decisions. And then once Willow is reunited with the boys the book is 75% over and they are on the run. I hate travel days. AND THEN Willow is captured again in the end. They should have killed the grandma and ended the series.

I have the need to hit something whenever I think about the grandma. Eva Ashwood really does a good job of making you hate her. I don't vibe with the new characters that are being introduced, but maybe that's because they are evil. WE FINALLY get a big relationship evolution with Willow and Vic and that's the only reason I am still reading this series anymore. All the brothers are finally on the same level and it is a beautiful thing. I found myself really annoyed with Willow in this book. It's like she lost her fight that we saw in the first few books. I will probably read the fourth book just for closure.

I have mixed feelings about this one. I enjoy how different it is from the other two and the initial conflict was really stressful and well written but there were SEVERAL weird and out of character decisions made in this that took me out. I still love our main 4 and want to see how their story ends and the spice is still spicin'. 3.5 out of 5 fake ID'S.

I just love this series, it’s underrated and it’s good for what I asked for.

Well written storyline, although Olivia can be pushed off a cliff and I wouldn’t mind 😂, and a hella good smut 🌶️. Eva Ashwood knows how to write steamy scenes.

About the characters development; Victor witnessed the most obvious character development in this book, we can see it through his jealousy over Willow and how he learnt how to live with his obsessive compulsive disorder around her.

But the series could’ve ended here tbh, but I know I’ll be reading the finale book because I’m so attached to these characters and I would be sad to let them go 😭.

I like this series but it went nowhere other than the bedroom for the whole middle of the book. It was inevitable what was going to happen at the wedding but I was not expecting who it was who found them at the end. Olivia is an absolute psychopath though why is status so important to people who already have more money than god
