This omnibus contains all three books in the bestselling Dark Elite series. Dive into a world of violence, obsession, heart-twisting angst, and dangerous romance. Complete trilogy with a HEA!
They say the devil goes by many names, and I know four of Ciro, Hale, Zaid, and Lucas.
My father was once a powerful player in the Chicago underground, but six years ago, he left that life behind.
We changed our names. Our identities. Our lives.
The ghosts of the past never forgot him though. They never forgot me.
Dad promised me we were safe, but I should’ve known that was just another one of his lies.
The past always finds you, and mine finds me on my wedding day when four brutal, dangerous men drag me from the altar in a hail of gunfire.
Four men who used to be four boys. Four boys I cared about. Four boys I left behind.
They’re not the same boys I knew though, and whatever we may have once been to each other, it doesn’t matter anymore.
Because they’re only one thing to me
My captors.
This is a dark mafia romance series that includes high steam, violence, and foul language.
BOOKS IN THIS Vicious Kings Ruthless Knights Savage Queen
Eva Ashwood has been a reader her whole life and a writer for several years. She loves telling stories of alpha males and the fierce women who bring them to their knees.
She's a sucker for reverse harem, bully romance, enemies to lovers, heroes who redeem themselves, and all the drama and passion of new adult love.
WOW. This was incredible… nope scratch that… incredible isn’t enough of a word to describe how amazing this story was. I love everything that Eva writes, every time I read her books I get shook to the core even more. I read this in one sitting, I could not put this box set down. It literally had me in a chokehold. The plot twists blew me mind, my jaw was on the floor. At the end of book 2 I sat there staring at my kindle with my mouth wide open, I had no words. NO WORDS. I was flabbergasted by the thrilling twists in this story. My head was spinning, my heart was racing and multiple times it felt as if my heart was in my throat… I mean flipping heck it’s insane! I was trying to create theory’s of who it was and who was the traitor and I was completely wrong! 🤣 I was right about the corrupt cop though, what a disgusting man. Grace’s mum was the definition of a psychopath. I mean that woman was deranged in every sense of the word. I love all the boys with every piece of my heart, even from when they was kids they all was in love with Grace and were bound to be together no matter what. Their love for each other will go on forever. The epilogues were everything I could want and more, I was literally crying happy tears!! 🥹 If you love RH, mafia, thrilling plot twists, enemies to lovers then this is for you!!! Like seriously go and read this series ASAP!!!!
I couldn't put this down. I love all of the main characters. The twins with their good natured personalities, hale and his fierce protectiveness. Then Ciro and all the things he's been through. Breaks my heart but I love how he is with Grace. She was his salvation. They were each other's salvation. Loved it!
So first I will say that I did enjoy some of this series and I am glad I finished it because I hate just ditching a book unless it is so bad I have no choice, but I wasn't too sure I would a few times. If you are looking for a "true" mafia series, this probably isn't for you. If you want a lot of sex, it is, but as far as steam goes it's mediocre.
So let me tell you why I gave this one Only 2 stars: 1) None of the characters stood out that much, especially the female - Grace. 2) Grace was shot and kidnapped on her wedding day, her dad was killed in front of her and she didn't know what happened to her husband to be, but she had sex with her kidnappers and enjoyed it, less than 24 hours later. 3) The author likes to repeat things again and again. I got it the first go around.

Book 1 of the Dark Elite Series.
Lets start by saying I love Eva ashwoood, but sometimes I find myself getting a bit lost in her stories. And this one I got lost a few rimes and had to go back to that start of the chapter again. Now weather I was having. And day or not im not sure.
“There are times when you need to be alone,” he says quietly, studying me in that way he has. The way that makes me feel like he’s seen all the way through me. Down to the very bones of who I am. “But there are other times when you need people. Even when you want to push them away.”
All in all I didnt mind the book so far, I loved the boys, but it took ages for there descriptions to show up, so I had no images in my mind for ages. I need visuals in my mind to get into a book. And this just didnt have it. So until I did I wasn’t in it to win it.
Ciro is the most dangerous of all four of these men. Because he can knock down the walls around my heart with a gentle tap.
So far im in love with Ciro, I love me a damaged man. Hall is a good second, he is just as damaged but in a different way. The twins come in last, they are way to soft and fallen way to quickly, I need more viciousness out of them.
“You did? I never gave the order for that. It’s not protocol with a prisoner.” “I know.” He pushes his sleeves up, revealing the dark ink on his forearms. “But I did it anyway.” “Why?” Something passes over his face. An expression I haven’t seen him wear in years—maybe longer. He holds my gaze as he says, “Because I didn’t want to lose her.”
Im wondering if she is ever going to cry about her dad being dead? I mean where is drama? I thought they were close? Ive read a few series by Eva and I find this one isn’t living up to the hype of the others so far.

Family isn’t decided by blood. It’s decided by the people who take care of you and who you care for.
Now I struggled a lot with book 2, I wasn’t interested and the storyline was boring. I had to push though constantly. And even read a boo in-between to help me get though.
“You wanted to know what would’ve happened, kitten,” he murmurs quietly. Lucas’s lips brush the shell of my ear, his body hot and hard behind mine. “So we’ll show you.”
The spice was great but the storyline didn't grab me at all. Ciro is still my no.1 man. He he def the type of guy I would chase in real life.

Book 3 of the Dark Elite Series.
Lets start by saying I love Eva ashwoood, but sometimes I find myself getting a bit lost in her stories. And this one I got lost a few times and had to go back to the start of the chapter again.
I’ve fallen in love with Grace Weston, and there’s no fucking way I’m gonna lose her now.
Ok so more happened in this book then the first 2. And we finally find out who tired to kill her and is sending her warnings.
“Make deals, kitten. Keep secrets. Play the fucking game. But do it with us by your side. Always.”
I had wondering if her mother would come back, as there wasn’t a lot of talk about her, but enough so sow the seed of doubt. It was also clear that it was the right hand man, and that her dad wasn’t innocent from the start. Im still wondering if she is ever gonna morn her fathers death or if we just skim over the whole thing.
No matter what, I promise the little life growing inside me, we’ll keep you safe.
There wasn’t a lot of information on the FBI side of it all…. I feel like the ending was rushed and not a lot was cleared up.

This was an overall enjoyable read. The author did a great job developing plot and relationships. Overall this didn't have too much drama which for me is kinda expected when I read a mafia romance, so that was a pleasant surprise. I loved how Grace isn't a wilting flower that needed protection. She wasn't afraid to step up and I liked that a lot.
Grace lived a sheltered life within the mafia, but that all changed when her mother was murdered, and her and her father went into hiding for 6 years. On what is supposed to be the happiest day of her life, turns into one of blood and carnage where violence reins down, her father is murdered and she finds herself a hostage victim to four men Hale, Lucas, Zaid and Ciro, four men who also have ties to her past. They treat her like the hostage that she is, interrogating her about her father and what he may have been hiding including his betrayal of the people that were considered family. Tension begins to boil between Grace and the four men, including s*xual tension. But when Grace escapes she finds herself back in Brian’s arms, only to be betrayed again, and when they come to the rescue, they realised that she is telling the truth, and that she is much a victim to her father’s deceit as they are to his betrayal. And then they discover a traitor in there midst, which doesn’t bode well for all of them. Then Grace comes face to back with Damian Novak head of the Novak Syndicate, despite all she’s been through and all that she has ensured she faces him with a strength and determination making her men all that more possessive and protective over her. Grace becomes a target, threatening her, hoping to scare her into compliance, but she will bow down to no one. And then Hale suffers a blow when his father is murdered, something only Grace can understand, and he’ll do anything to exact his revenge on those responsible. The traitor is revealed, but it doesn’t come without consequences and those consequences come in the form of her mother who she thought was long dead. But the woman who she knew back then, versus the women she meets now is not the mother she know or remembers, her mother is cruel, calculating and rules her empire with an iron fist, one Grace has no plans to be part of ever. Grace unwittingly takes on more that she can handle when she is approached by the FBI, determined to prove the innocence of her men, and when her men intercept a trafficking ring, things begin to connect, and Grace realises she is in way over her head. And when her mother and her syndicate is taken down, she comes clean to her men about the choices she made much to there dissatisfaction of having no control of the outcome, but getting a positive outcome nonetheless. Grace becomes acclimated to the mafia’s way of life, Hale giving her a voice and allowing her to weigh in on decisions that affect them all. She truly has become a savage queen. This book has it all murder, madness, mayhem, dark romance, love, revenge, vengeance, violence, adrenaline seeking suspense, twists, truths and betrayal. This trilogy will take you on a wild ride and will have you turning page after page. This book had me from the beginning right til the end . This author definitely knows how to write and I’ll be coming back for more. And those MF, MFM and MFMM were steamy, uh uh they were off the charts and through the stratosphere and had all of the feels. The bittersweet moment was when Hale admitted to being in love with her along with Lucas, Zaid and Ciro and she reciprocated same, but the crux for me was that ending, plus the bonus chapter, now that is a happily ever after well deserved by all, if I say so myself.
It's no secret that I love mafia romance. That I love why choose. And yeah, I love "real" series. This book combines all of it 😁 It's a mafia, why choose trilogy 🤩
Grace is getting 4 men. Even though she engaged. Not just engaged, she was actually at the aisle to the altar... 🙈
It's all a bit crazy, but on the other hand, aren't all mafia romances a bit crazy? 🤣 But this is an enemies-to-lovers with Stockholm syndrome and also includes childhood friends to lovers with second chance... As I said, crazy. And I love it. It's difficult to say in what direction all of that will go because of the kidnapping at the altar and the fiancé 🙈
But the cliffhanger... Oh, it gives a hint... 😱
I'm not sure which of the guys I love more. I mean, there are TWINS!!! I so live twins 🤩🤩🤩 But all 4 are so different. I just need to jump into the next book! Keep an eye out for the reviews for the next books. Who knows what more I'll tell you then 😉

Book 2: Ruthless Knights 4.5⭐|3🌶|16%🌶frequency
Please note, this is book 2 of a trilogy. It's necessary to read the books in order.
I really live Grace and her 4 mafiosi 😎 I can't say who I love more, but Ciro is definitely the one I would love to cuddle all the time. And he would hate me for it 🙈
And there is this one 🌶️ scene that shows it the most. I don't know if there is a word/name for that. But in this case, it's definitely not because of a k!nk. It's because of Ciro's problems. It happens after a heavy incident. Ciro tells Hale what he should do to Grace. Or rather, Grace asking Ciro what he would do to her so Hale can do it 🥵 It's not just 🔥 it's also so cute 🩷
I'm looking forward to seeing how the four will handle to share Grace. The twins definitely have no problem with sharing her 😎
And this cliffhanger... Yeah, I know the only job of a cliffhanger is to drive readers crazy 🙈 but wow that's definitely a plot twist. I'm very excited about how that ends.

Book 3: Savage Queen 4.5⭐|3🌶|15%🌶frequency
Please note, this is book 3 of a trilogy. It's necessary to read the books in order.
With now finished book 3, I can still say I loved this series. This last book... wow. These twists and action 😱 So good. Yes, the twist already came as a cliffhanger at the end of book 2, but it still shocked me. I didn't expect that. It's so crazy 😧
I already said that Ciro has problems. My heart is definitely broken for him 💔 But I loved seeing him grew 🩷 Yes, I've decided he is my favorite 😁 Even though there are the twins and I'm a sucker for twins 🙈 Sorry Zaid and Lucas, but Ciro needs me more 😎
In my experience, why choose are often just about 🌽 Don't get me wrong, I love high 🌶️, but I still need a good plot. A good story around the relationship between all the MCs. And Eva did a really good job here 👍 There is so much mafia stuff happening, but still Grace gets her fun with the guys 😉
This was the first series I read by this author, but definitely not the last. I have a "few" more books. I can't say when I'll read them, but I definitely will 💪
Title: The Dark Elite Complete Series Box Set Author: Eva Ashwood Format: ebook Genre: Romance, Dark, Mafia, Romantic Suspense, Kidnapping, Enemies to Lovers, Second Chance, Reverse Harem, RH Standalone: yes. This box set contains the entire Dark Elite series Park of a Series: The Dark Series all three books Steam Level: the steamy rises in each story
Book 1: Vicious Kings POV: Grace, Hale, Cirilo, Zaid, Lucas Steam Level: steamy at times 4.5/5
Excellent start to this series. This book starts with Grace being kidnapped on her wedding day after a bloody shootout in the church. But her kidnappers aren’t strangers but blasts from the past, from a life she thought she left behind. This book was intense and intriguing with several twists abs turns.
I really like when RH books hace multiple PIVs and am glad that Vicious Kings does. I like seeing all of them fight their attraction and how the lines blur between kidnappers to former friends/lives, captor to the girl they can’t revisit. This was such a fun book abs I cannot wait ti see what will happen next.
Book 2: Ruthless Knights POV: Hale, Grace, Zaid, Ciro, Lucas
Book 2: Ruthless Knights POV: Hale Grace,, Zaid, Cirilo, Lucas Steam Level: Toasty at times 5/5
Ruthless Knights starts a few days after Savage Kings ends. Grace has gone from prisoner to “guest” and now more. I couldn’t put down Ruthless Knights and the cliffhanger was crazy. So glad I’m reading it in the box set. I’m also enjoying how Grace’s relationship with the guts is progressing. This book isn’t all steam, mostly suspense and action. The steamy scenes are intermixed is just the right areas ti break the tension or move their relationships forward. I cannot wait to see what happens next.
Book 3: Savage Queen POV: Grace,, Zaid, Hale Lucas, Cirilo Steam Level: Toasty at times 5/5
Savage Queen is the final book in the Dark Elite trilogy. Starting exactly where book 2 ends, Grace has to deal with the fallout of the revelation. Grace proves her strength, smarts and ingenuity throughout this book. Savage Queen is the darkest of these books but also the most steamy. I stayed up way too late finishing this story because I didn’t want to put it down.
I got this book as an ARC. I had previously read this series, but didn't realize it was the same series when I signed up to receive the box set ARC release. I was more than happy to return, though!
I loved this series mostly for the fact I enjoy mafia stories, especially those that seem to spark with major chemistry between the characters. I loved the growth we seen throughout this book. From the beginning where betrayal & distrust was a huge issue, to slowly moving into redemption & eventually back to the original love they once had years before.
Grace becoming basically a child still when she was forced to uproot her life with her father, leaving behind the boys who meant everything to her. To them finding her years later to slowly regain that once needed friendship & love, and uncovering things neither of them knew. I did not expect the twists that come out with Grace's mother, but it only seemed to help everyone grow even more as revenge played into the books as well at that point. I love how you introduced us into the awful world of human trafficking, and the unfortunate way things work where it is involved. To say these books don't capture your attention & make you wanna keep turning the pages, is a understatement. And the ending was perfect, I'm glad they got their happy ending.

‘Four men I feel drawn to, heart, body, and soul.’
VICIOUS KINGS Hale is the son of Damian Novak, the head of the syndicate, and the commander. Ciro, second in command and Hale best friend. Better at injury assessment and interrogation is his specialty. Quietest of the 4. Spent nearly 4 months as prisoner of a rival syndicate. Zaid and Lucas are twins who joined the group a little bit later but integral part of team. Grace (age 22) ran away from the Mafia life 6 years after her mother was killed. Her father wanted her away from the dangerous life.
It was hard to get into the characters. I don’t like when the female lead has another love, and marrying Brian just meant a commitment to a whole other life. After taking her aka really saving her life, she just complained. I didn’t feel the moments where the guys would fall for her again. Slow burn scenes just kind of felt thrown together just to have them.
RUTHLESS KNIGHTS I liked Book 2 a little more than 1. It’s nice to see the harem forming and Grace and the guys becoming a team. A few nice spicy scenes too.
SAVAGE QUEEN We now conclude the trilogy after that shocking reveal at end of Book 2. Grace and the guys get closer as they reach their HEA and protect their family.
Really enjoyed the ending epilogue and bonus scene.
This Mafia RH series is one that will keep you gripped from the very beginning. Captured on her wedding day by guys from her past. Hale, the head of the Novak Crime Syndicate. Ciro, his second in command. Falling not far behind are the ever so swoon-worthy twins Zaid and Lucas.
The damning sting of betrayal is ever-present and so distinct. You can’t help but cry out a little. Where can Grace go? Is anyone even really around to help her? Who can she turn to? The first book in the series grips you. The second book pulls you in and you’re captivated by the characters as they navigate through their days in the mafia. Lies are told, betrayal is at its peak, secrets are spilled.
This series is full of lies, drama, crime and twists and turns. Eva Ashwood does a great job at keeping the pace and jam-packing it with everything you never knew you needed. It’s a well-written mafia series with plenty of action, suspense, and intrigue and of course the steam! The level of heat between Grace and the guys is astronomical. Make sure your kindle doesn’t melt!
I looooved this box set!! I’ve been dying to read this series and I love that it’s in a nice neat complete package for me. Grace is a mafia princess gone into hiding and Hale, Ciro, Zain and Lucas are her childhood friends who belong to the mafia she was pulled from as a teen. The dynamic between the five of them is amazing, that’s really what makes this story jump off the pages. Grace is an incredibly strong and resilient FMC, I really enjoyed her. The boys were all fantastic as well; Hale was dark and lethal, the twins were lively and sweet and Ciro was broken and kind hearted. I think I liked Ciro the best out of all the boys and I loved the progress that he made personally. There are so many twists and turns in these books it really kept the story fresh and moving quickly. Fantastic job, Eva!!
I absolutely love this series it is one of my favourite Book 1 This is the first book I Have read From eve Ashwood and have got me hooked . enjoyed Vicious Kings I couldn’t put it down it was amazing book I can’t wait until the next book come out
Book 2 Wow I love this book Eva Ashwood you have done again . This book pick up after the last book . Lots of twists and turns in this one, and it definitely ends on cliffhanger and I can’t wait till book.Three come out
Book 3 The third and final book in The Dark Elite Series. This picks right up where Ruthless Knights ends and let me tell you this book took me on one hell of ride and I love every minute of it. I literally devour this book and The love that Grace ,Hale, Zaid, Lucas and Ciro how much they love each other . I'm sad to say goodbye till this series and will keep reading over and over again
I love me a good mafia romance. My favorites are the reverse harem mafia romances because you take alpha, possessive, brutal men and have them focus on a woman.. Ugh so hot!! i listened to this series through audible and the narrators were amazing and there were a couple of times where the story was slow but I loved it.
Grace, the fmc, wasn’t what I wanted or expected from this character. i wanted her to be more, idk bad a**, she really didn’t start growing until the last book. She started fully embracing the men and starting coming into her power. the first two books, she kind of let the men control what was happening but by the third book she started to take risks and fight for her and her men. She went from depressed about being captured to embracing the mafia life and helping her men.
I really enjoyed this series and the spice was excellent!
I simply love Eva Ashwood’s series, and The Dark Elite was no exception.
Grace and her father fled Chicago six years ago after her mother died. She believed they left to get away from the mafia life. After six years, Grace is getting ready to start her new life with her fiancé, Brian. As she’s walking down the aisle, the unthinkable happens, and life as she knows it changes. Now, she finds herself reunited, albeit as their prisoner, with the four boys she knew before she left Chicago: Hale, Ciro, Zaid, and Lucas. It’s quick that they begin to trust her though, and as more tragedy hits, can Grace rise up to the be the queen she was destined to be?
This is a slow burn, why choose series that has danger and some dark themes. It’s a good read, and if you love Eva Ashwood, you will definitely like this series!
Does it count as DNF if I finish the first book out of the three😂😂? Honestly, this book was both one of the worst things I’ve read and quite enjoyable at the same time. I think if there was more put into the relationships between the characters then this would be an outstanding book. The FMC is sleeping with her captors less than 24 hours after her Dad is shot at her wedding and barely grieves for him at all, where is the drama? Where is the emotion? Where is the personal turmoil over falling in love with men when you were about to marry someone else? I’m not a massive fan of insta-love and this was definitely that. It wasn’t the worst but I just wanted so much more character development. Maybe it occurs in the second and third book but I really don’t think I can be bothered finding out.

I recieved an ARC of this set and I loved it! I will gladly admit that I had read the first book in the series previously and was not sure about it, because I felt as though I had been dropped off in the middle of a story. But Eva Ashwood weaves such a great story throughout the entire series that I am kicking myself for not finishing it sooner. The complete series ties up every loose end and tells such a phenomenal story of lost childhood love, mafia politics, and betrayal. Grace (the FMC) is exactly what her name implies, a woman of grace - no matter what happens to her she refuses to lose her light. Absolutely must read! I know I will be reading again and again.
This series is fantastic! I love that it started out with so much excitement. Something rather big happens right in the beginning, and it gets you hooked. The men are sexy, dominant, possessive, and did I mention sexy?? I love all of them.. I’m not sure I could pick a favorite. Not only are the characters amazing, but the storyline is so addictive. It’s a story that will keep you on the edge of your seat. You will feel like you’re part of the story, and friends with the characters. You’ll laugh, cry, and get mad, but you’ll enjoy every minute of it. A great story/book/series by a fantastic author.
So bloody good!!! Just about sums up this boxset. Grace (FMC) gives new meaning to a shotgun wedding when masked gunmen shoot up her own wedding. Whilst bullets are flying Grace's old childhood friends - Hale, Ciro, Lucas and Zaid turn up and kidnap her. It's not the reunion she'd hoped for. It leaves her at the mercy of the Mafia family they all work for. Plot twists, secrets and lies all combine with old deep seated feelings to build up the tension as well as sexual throughout the boxset. It's steamy as hell and the dynamic between all of them keeps you gripped throughout all three books. It's one bloody hell of a read
This amazing box set is dark, steamy, captivating and full of so many twists and turns you won’t be able to put your device down. This series is one of my favorites by this author. This is the dark and bloody story of how a pawn turns into a mafia queen. These characters are strong, fierce, loyal and beautifully flawed. I loved how the stories developed and that I couldn’t guess what was going to happen next. Eva Ashwood is at her best with this intense series. I loved every page of this box set and highly recommend this dark, mafia series.
Where to start?!? I love everything Eva writes and this series is no different! It's action packed, steamy, and sexy from the beginning and that's when you know a book is going to be great.
Watching how the bond between Grace and the boys grows and strengthens throughout the book and you can really feel the love they have for grace and vice versa. The plot ties very nicely throughout the books and then BAM you don't expect what happens next. Eva throws us for a curve ball and it's a "whaaatttt" moment. I'm totally team.... well team all of the boys.
A dark, Mafia romance. This is a very intense series. It keeps you engaged and on edge. Guessing what is going on and who is the real bad guy. I enjoyed the interaction between Grace and all four men. Learning to trust again and finding out all the things that happened in their lives. There is lots of blood and killing in this series, some betrayal, and mentions of torture. If these are triggers read at your own transgression. Over all I thought was a very well done series.
But....you have four guys, FOUR and only one orgy? Jesus, slow enough for ya? Even the spice that was there had to be pulled more from imagination than the authors descriptions.
Each of the books left off at terrible endings. Had I not had the entire series I would have been like uhhh?? They weren't actual cliffhangers, more like abrupt endings.
I understand she (the MC) was kidnapped, but she keeps playing it up like it was so much more than it was. IDK it was so blah for me.
