Do Harm is the riveting fourth book in the ER Crimes medical thriller series. If you like strong female sleuths, fine medical details, and exotic travels, you'll love Rada Jones MD's engrossing tale.
Read DO HARM today to dive into a pulse-pounding adventure.
Rada was born in Transylvania, ten miles away from Dracula's Castle. Growing up between communists and vampires taught her that humans are fickle, but one can always rely on dogs and books. After she immigrated to join her husband, she went to medical school, then worked in the ER for years, but she still speaks like Dracula's cousin. Her thrillers feature Dr. Emma Steele, a not-so-young ER doc with a moody teenage daughter and a fondness for wine. If blood, gore and serial killers turn you on, check out OVERDOSE, MERCY, and POISON. If you're into dark medical humor, check her STAY AWAY FROM MY ER. But if you're into dogs, the K-9 Heroes series is for you. To celebrate Gypsy, Rada's beloved German Shepherd, Emma adopted a quirky, bacon-loving K-9 named Guinness who runs her life through Mercy and Poison.
These books are massively entertaining even if I truly believe that Emma is cursed lol! The stories will keep you guessing as to whodunit and are always satisfying. This is the fourth book in the series and my favorite so far. It takes place on a cruise ship and I loved learning about all the fascinating places, history, culture, cuisine and traditions that the different ports of call offered. Much different than the previous books. Can't wait to dive into the next one!
I enjoyed this book so much, I could hardly put it down. Sadly, it ended. Now I have to find more books by this author. Excellent writing. Draws the reader into the shipboard medical and keeps her there. Brava, Ms. Jones!
Wow, couldn’t put it down it was riveting and exciting. Wasn’t able to suss out the villain. I’m usually good at doing that but not this time. Fast moving, great characters, a terrific read.
Hard to imagine such crazy things happening on a cruise ship but interesting read nonetheless. Refreshing to no longer hear about her useless daughter.
(Yawn) How many times can the same dr just happen to meet a killer?? Lol It was an ok book. I only read it because it was part of the series. But it definitely was not as n interesting as the first and second.
