Liam Malone discovers that not everything in the demon world is what it seems. Especially when it comes to Changelings. Going above and beyond (and in this job, that's saying a lot), Liam reunites Baba Yaga with her long-lost grandson/changeling. Hopefully, this will put an end to those missing children...but not those tempting meat pies. Sound tasty? Keep reading!

Monsters Inc.

There are monsters and do they have feelings. Do they feel emotional pain and trauma. Does some such trauma drive their monstrous agenda.
Some of these questions are on display and answered here always tongue firmly in cheek.
Liam's adventures as he preps the census in town clashes with his own human sensibilities and his sense of moral responsibility.
We meet some more famous monsters of legend and getting to know them.
The idiosyncrasies of life are in display as are the emotions of parents.
Liam's role beyond being just a census taker could get him in trouble with his dept. as he starts coming to terms with the reach of the dept. and his Voss.
The love story hinted at in the first issue raises its hands. Looking forward to that in the next issue.

Really digging his series. Liam is growing as a protagonist, actually trying to have a positive influence on his customers so to speak. The humor is still there but it’s mixed with real ethical questions and pathos. I like it.

Tried it out blind ... Glad I did

Does it feel a little Men in Blackish? Yeah, but in a good way. Really enjoying the stories So far and will stick with it if the series continues. More than one genuine chuckle per issue and fun story all around.

Die Story wird einfach in die Länge gezogen, ohne dass etwas bedeutsames passiert.
