Rouge, Aspen, and the refugees have returned to Aspen's farm. They have a brief period of relative peace to figure out how to turn a single, broken-down hovel into a fortified settlement. Of course, first they have to deal with politics and the dungeon, and the dungeon is the easy part!
What will they do when they come face to face with their enemies once again, and this time they have nowhere to run?
Meanwhile, Zoey is back at school, and out of work. Not that she minds, what with the corporate spies and potential murderers running around at Veritas Corporation. Surely, high school has to be easier.
Or maybe she spoke too soon?
Join Zoey and all her friends for the final book in the Legendary Farmer series! All the secrets are bound to come out, no matter how much someone wants to hide them. Zoey is about to find out just how much of a hero she can really be.
Elizabeth is a misplaced Seattleite living in the US Midwest along with her husband, daughter, two dogs, a cockatiel who firmly believes that birbs rule the world, and a quail who just wants a larger serving of salad. She loves to read, write, and write to readers, so drop a message! The best place to pick up my older books is my shop on Patreon 🥰
The entire series is excellently written, with believable situations and characters, both those you love and those you hate, with motivations and reactions that make sense. You never get that feeling that, just to move the plot along, a character just acted "out of character" or as if they lost 100 IQ points. And lots of awesome cultural references, so many cultural references!
Thank you MS Oswald for writing this story. This series tops the list of books that I will read again and again over the years. I can't wait to read more of your work.
So much going on in this book! I was reading the last half of Harvest while I was getting ready for bed. It is 7am and I have just finished it. I was going to finish it tomorrow, as it was already 4:30 and I looked at the progress meter and it said 8%, so I decided to go for it because things were getting crazy and there had to be a good place to stop. The end was a good place to stop. ;)
Everything was wrapping up in game, then things got wild out of game and it might be a spoiler, but Max was such a good dog, yes he was <3 So there was no getting off this rollercoaster ride until it came to a stop.
Technically, this was the last book, but it seems that there are at least 3 books that tie in to the series after this, so I’ll be going in search of those soon. This is a really good series. It was well-written and I liked the characters. Probably one reason why I went through all five books in about a week, but… yeah… I would definitely recommend this series to folks who like fantasy, litrpgs, isekai…
This fun litrpg series ends with an exciting and challenging finish. It is a clean wrap to the adventures of Aspen, Zoey and their family and friends. The series was entertaining with a strong mature (but not adult oriented) set of themes that can be enjoyed by young adults and mature adults. The series puts family at the center of and the heart of the story.
