This is a PM emotional little read with a pair that shouldn't have parted. Fear does strange things to us all and unfortunately our h paid the price. The writing is great and I felt the pain of both of them despite the short length.

He had left her and now she was pregnant...

I would have even more furious then her and wouldn't have forgiven him as easy. I do with we got more of their meeting and then the lead up to the conflict. I would have felt more connected to them even though I very much felt their pain. Poor thing, I get his fears but she is the one actually carrying his child and like I said, she forgave him way too easy. His thoughts on the situation were perfect! I loved how he was so genuinely in love with her and honestly knew he messed up. I received this copy for free but volunteer to leave my review. A great couple, I'm glad they finally got their HEA.

This story was a very short read. It jumped rightnin with her already pregnant and not living with him. I loved how he tried to do various things to "win her back." The only thing I didn't like was how there was not much of a backstory, how did we get to where they are? There was what I felt was a very small amount of back story, but just not enough for me to feel connected to the characters or story. I think this is a story that could be made a bit longer and be wonderful.

When Plans Change -
Raven was shocked to see Maddox again, as she had resigned herself to being a single parent. However, the last thing she expected to hear from Maddox was his declaration of love and affection. Luckily, Maddox was able to convince Raven to given him a second chance, so they could become the family she really wanted. The story was well paced, full of emotions and an enjoyable read. I am happy to recommend this book.

Super short story of Maddox and Raven will give you all of the feel goods. I do wish there was just a little bit more back story in how they meet and that the book was a little longer. But other than that it was cute.

This was a great story. The characters were well written and you could relate to them easily. Iris did a good job of writing a very good second chance love story. If Maddox wouldn't have left and not broke Raven's heart maybe they would have planned a great future together. But it all worked out in the end. If you are looking for a great second chance Love story the you need to read this one.

Cute little read, SUPER short. The angst is a bit much for a read this short but I enjoyed it. Overall not bad and the HEA is really good. I like that Maddox is so open with Raven, for being this short it works.
