༒BRAXTON “SPARROW” ALLEN༒ I’m man enough to admit that I’ve been spiraling for the last year. I was drowning my grief in whisky and women after my unborn child was taken. Unable to watch me fall any further, my president gives me an ultimatum that I can’t refuse; get my act together or step down as VP. Not only am I put on the straight and narrow, but I’m also tasked with a cryptic errand as punishment. Grunt work is for prospects but seeing as I’m already on thin ice, I head to New York to retrieve Viper’s mystery package.
SIERRA “BIRDIE” RAMIREZ I’ve spent the last year getting clean and sober so that I can get my son back. I know that every decision I made in the past has consequences that I’ll have to face when I get home. The thing is, I don’t want to hurt anyone, and my truth will hurt the ones I love the most. When the VP of the Saints MC shows up to take me back to Miami, I can tell by the look on his face that he’s determined to be my judge, jury, and executioner. As truths are revealed, scars are laid bare, and demons from the past resurface, can Sierra and Sparrow save each other from the things that scare them most?

I’m loving this series and this next book proves why. A definite 10 star read! Sparrow is the VP and has demons from his past dictating his life. But how can he get get over it? When he is told he must go pick up a “package”, never did he think it would be a beautiful woman named Sierra. Sierra also has demons in her past and has been working hard to move forward with her life, and when she sees Sparrow, her heart lifts. There is something about him that gives her hope. Can two people who have such dark pasts, make a future together?
This story isn’t just about two people meeting and falling in love. It’s about the struggles to get there and overcoming their addictions. It shows how if you work hard enough that you can overcome and have a full life. I enjoyed their interactions and their chemistry is smoking hot! If you are a lover of MC stories, then this story and series is for you!
Saving Sparrow hit me in all the feels. Sierra's story is just heartbreaking as is Sparrow's. Their journey is about survival, redemption, healing, forgiveness and ultimately finding your one great love. This story just broke my heart in some places, had me furious a time or two and wanting vengeance in a huge way in other places. I really hope Candy gets her just reward and I hope Knox and G get their stuff together and get their HEA. Another fantastic addition to the Miami Saints MC series.
I really enjoyed this next instalment of the Miami Saints MC series.
Braxton aka Sparrow is sent to New York on a pickup and is shocked to find out it’s a person, let alone Sierra a woman he hasn’t seen in over a year. Sparrow’s poison is alcohol, Sierra’s was drugs but there’s more to her story than anyone knows.
I also feel like there’s more to another character’s story that may be intertwined with hers.
Lots of angst, learning and spicy times with these two.
Madalyn did a fantastic job with this story. This story is about surviving, forgiving, and most of all loving. Sparrow was drowning his sorrows in whiskey and Sierra was surviving the ordeal that she went through. A few twist and turns throughout and eye opening moments. Happy reading.
Sleep is overrated, right? Because I stayed up to finish this book. Sparrow and his Birdie are a great match - this instant-love match will leave you turning the page to see what comes next. I can't wait until the next book in the series!
Madalyn Judge has done it once again with Saving Sparrow. Once I started I could not stop. I had to see what was next to happen. No one knew what had happened to Sierra and why she was hooked and needed to get help. While Draven set Sierra to get help he actually did so much more without even realizing it. A year after Sierra left he sends Sparrow to bring her back and Sparrow being Sparrow and having is own demons he had to handle. Madalyn Judge put so much into this book we see has Sierra comes back and has to come to terms with her past. Sparrow has to come to terms with his past as they fight for their ever after. Sierra proves to the brothers and Kierra that she deserves this happiness. While nothing comes with out bumps in the road this book gives us all the feels. I highly recommend this book. I loved being able to catch up with everyone and also falling in love with all the brothers and their families.
Fantastic read, awesome, brilliant. I absolutely loved Sparrow and Birdie ❤️❤️❤️ this series is going to be so kickarse….we’ll done Madalyn, I love the way you tell a story. I wanted to kick Sparrows butt a few times but he came through and gave Birdie and myself the HEA we needed. 100% recommend this book to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I really liked the storyline- but I wish the story was fleshed out more. Too many things skipped over or glossed over or took way too long to be told right before the end. 1. Too much time passes before the “bad dude” shows back up and even that is lack luster. 2. We never hear about what happens in the shed or see Braxton dealing with a certain person. 3. Braxton wasn’t made to grovel much before being forgiven when it matter most. I think Sierra should have ditched his butt for while. 4. I loved finally knowing more about Rock and G. 5. I gotta know what happens now with Cora and Chief. 6. I wish we had more Nash and Sierra time- but mostly he’s a plot device who gets dumped off at daycare and on to other people. 7. I wish we had seen more Sierra and Keira time together. 8. I wish we had more time of Sierra bonding with other ladies in the club if they are all supposedly friends now. 9. I needed to see more of a reaction from Braxton during a big critical moment. 10. I wanted to see more times with Braxton’s family but sadly it’s one scene. I wanted to know more and see more moments in this interesting assisted living facility the grandma lives in. 11. I wish we had seen Sierra talk to her sister about what happened with her. 12. I would have loved to see how the club embrace her as the story went along instead of all of a sudden they just all like her. I especially would have liked to see the men’s reactions and them go in protective mode after knowing her story.
Very similiar to another book by a different author, these characters Sierra and Spartow are practically identical to the characters by Jordan Marie's in her Devils Blaze series. Sparrow is practically Jordan Marie's Beast, knocking up a stripper/club girl and loosing a child, turning to drink to wipe his away pain out, being banished as sich to get cleaned up, and even Sierra being locked up and drugged and having a kid, all very like Jordan Marie's Beauty character.
It's almost identical to a story by a wattpad author, including the plot of biker hating the ex druggie sister of another brother's woman, who was sent to another chapter of the club to recover. Wattpad authors put their stories up to read for free, and it takes ages to filter through the site to find decent writers, only for them to leave because their stories are stolen. This even has several of the same names Bones, Sin, Kiera. Even Sparrow was similar because that wattpad author used the name of a species of bird for her main character in 2019. Just didn't like that there was so like the wattpad author's I read long before this was published.
It's very boring, it's nothing but them doing mundane daily tasks, I gave up at 50% because the only things I've reading are them eating, showering, working and talking. Her son is just a device in to make Spartow think she looks beautiful smiling at her son but she doesn't actually do anything for her son, he is handed off to others constant, after her having been separated from him for over a year you wiuod think the author wouod want her heroine to want to actually spend tine with her child. But no.
The author even seems confused about her own characters, she doesn't know if her own heroine is the cause of why everyone at the MC hates her or if it was this briefly mentioned bad guy, who took her captive and drugged her, because the first scene has Sierra constantly thinking and screaming that it wasn't her fault, because she was held captive and drigged against her will, but in the next scene she's thinking she understands why all the MC members hate her because it's all her own fault they hate her, because she did it to herself, that shes not the same person she was then etc.
The writing and story-telling ability are very basic, one minute Sparrow hates her for being a junkie then bam hes claiming her as his. The author also has that very inexperienced and upfront PG13 up fromt way of writing, where she has her characters immediately thinking they don't hurt women or kids, because she just has to make it absolutely clear to the readers that these are the good guys, so hits them ovr the head with that sledgehammer. It's such a basic way to write.
t's all so rushed, scenes are completely missing details, so you can't envisage the characters and their actions. The numerous plot lines are only mentioned then completely jumped over, given no detail and not resolved. At the very beginning she's supposedly so terrified and panicked at the imminent threat of being imprisoned aftet having been kept a captive previously but she's apologising to one of the biker's grabbing and deaghing her for kneeling him, and the author has her yelling full sentences at them, "Let go of my hair you bleep bleep bleep....". These things just don't ring true for someone supposed to be frantic with fear and uetter panic.
The writing is basic in every way, every scene is missing detail. It's also just not pleasant to read him crashing off the wagon and the heroine who has her own addiction issues. But the biggest reason I couldn't even finish this book is because it's just not enjoyable reading such cringingly immature characters and their painfully juvenile dialogue, with the two sisters yelling at each other and their men like their young spilled teenagers, its painful to read.
An example, "Youre not the boss of me mister,", Kiera yells at her biker Prez husband, like I said it's painfully, cringingly immature rubbish, and painfully dull and boring, nothing but them doing mundane daily tasks. I'd recommend reading Beast, book 7 and Beauty, book 8 in Jordan Marie's Devils Blaze MC series, and the other wattpad author's book instead of this, because this is just basic and very immaturely written version of those.
Really enjoyed the first book so was looking forward to this. SPOILER ALERT Really poor ending with more questions than answers. What happened to the kidnapper? What happened to Candy, who set her up? Who threw the brick through G’s window? I suspect this last one would be answered in the next book so begs the question, why bring it up here? These books stress meant to be standalones.
I don’t think they really are. Each book may feature a different couple and HEA but there’s a continuous plot line. Would be nice if the blurb told us.
Some factual errors too. Your legs are not put in stirrups if you’re having a C-Section.
Next books in the series are not yet on KU. After reading book 1 was prepared to pay to read the others, but after reading this one I won’t be bothering. Shame. Had promise.
Literally Amazing….. Wow my words are not the best to describe how freaking much went on ….. Sparrow and Sierra what an emotional ride , we met Sierra in Vexing Viper, Sparrow is the VP . I seriously thought at one moment it was going in on direction then bam it went the other way. I’m the worst at reviews. But I will tell you this , this series literally is on the path of being one of the great ones that you will want to reread. Madalyn Judge is a new author to me and let me tell you I have read enough authors to know Great . This is her second in this series the next is Knox and I hope y’all start at the beginning. To many new blessings in the future always Sassy Pants Letti 😈💋
These two have been through so much and both deserved a happily ever after. My heart broke for Sparrow. Guilty is a fickle mistress and the road he was on I was all to familiar with. Sierra endured a drama no women should have to endure. I couldn't be happier that got the help she needed to return to her son and after she blurted out what she endured those around her forgave her. I wanted to be mad at Sparrow when he messed up again, but I could as I could see why he slipped again. I'm just glad Sierra saw it in her heart to let him back in and she understood in away. I couldn't be happier for them and I can't wait to see more of them.
This is the story of Sparrow and Sierra as they travel a bumpy road toward each other. She is a recovered addict and although Sparrow is drinking when they link back up, he soon quits drinking after they connect. Theirs is an insta-love relationship. They need each other, they save one another. This story will have n you going through all the feels. They are a passionate couple with hot and spicy intimate scenes. Their relationship is angsty although not just from them but from outside forces as well. I got into this book right from the beginning and stayed engaged until the very satisfying ending.
Braxton (Sparrow) - Viper’s VP is a broken man, struggling to come to terms with the loss of his girlfriend and unborn child. When he’s tasked with bringing Sierra, Viper’s sister-in-law back to Miami, she stirs something inside him. And what follows is a beautiful story of two lost souls finding and healing each other.
I love my MC romance, and I particularly love MC romance where the man falls first, and falls HARD - it’s my catnip. Coupled with a vulnerable MMC, and I’m a total goner. Saving Sparrow made my heart soar. 🖤
Miami Saints VP, Sparrow is in a bad way and drinking heavily is his way to ease the pain. Viper has had enough and along with an ultimatum of sober up or loose the VP patch, so sends him to collect a package from New York chapter. The package is Sierra (Birdie), who has been in rehab for her addiction.
This pair were meant to be together, they both have past demons and are a healing balm for each other. There are twists and turns, betrayal and past traumas revealed. A definite fast-paced page turner.
Viper sent Sparrow to New York to puck something up. It was Vipers sister in law Sierra out of Rehab. Sparrow for the last year has been drinking trying to forget. Sierra, knew she had to tell her story to get Nash her son back, she was instantly attracted to Sparrow This story was so full of emotions, tragedy , forgiveness and love. Two broken souls come together and build a better life with each other. Beautiful read.
Sparrow and his Birdie have a tale that takes a long road to HEA. The author handled a few sensitive topics with care and I appreciated that. Lots of action and drama and spicy goodness. Only 2 small critiques - Nash needed to be a bigger part of the story. He disappeared for large sections. And the last few chapters felt rushed, like the content needed to crammed in before the book finished. Otherwise a great read and I’m looking forward to the next!!!!
Second book in the MIAMI SAINTS MC series. VP for the club sparrow need to stop drinking or lose his patch. His on a mission to pick up The President sister in law from rehab. Two broken people trying to stay sober. Sierra lost one year. Now she’s better and ready to claim her son. Both learn that they are enough when the love of your life stands by your side.
Losing something so precious sends Sparrow on a downward spiral. When he is sent to retrieve a package he finds he may be able to heal a little and find a future. Sierra is scared and unsure what her future will be like after her recovery but with her son and family backing her as well as love of a man who needs her she can find her HEA maybe.
3.5 stars. This was good but some of the drama felt a bit forced. I didn’t like the way Sparrow seemingly flipped a switch from being 100% in with Sierra- to going on a bender when things got tough. Didn’t inspire a lot of confidence. Also, the TSTL moment with Sierra at the end, was not believable. Other than that, it was a good read.
I am so in love with Sparrow and Birdie. This story is phenomenal. Their journey together is the best. This story gives you everything. I actually got teary eyed at one point. Oh and I adore Nash. I am hoping the rest of the guys get a book. The writing and flow of this story is top notch. I beyond recommend this book.
The story line was excellent and exciting. Sparrow was a man with a depressed and dark background. He meets Birdie, after she have been to a rehab facility for the past year. She learns to trust her family and Sparrow. I enjoyed reading about their complicated and life relationship.
In Vipers book I really disliked Sierra. What a difference a year makes. And learning what happened to her changed my mind completely. Sparrow was drowning too. But they saved each other, great read.
Sometimes you find that MC novel that strikes an accord with you. For me, this was that book. Sparrow and Birdie are two flawed people with a hurt ridden past that find happiness together. Loved this story!
Such a good book In this series. Two broken people get their HEA after some trials , but it's worth it. Other questions were answered about Rock and G. Very interesting.... I can't wait to see what Knox gets up to. Soooo good!
I felt straight away for Sparrow. Going through what he went through I could see why he felt the way he did. I'm still waiting to see what happened to Mr. Talbot. I would so recommend this author and any of her works.
Clubhouse bikers and her twin would not give Sierra time to explain to them about what to her for months. She went to a rehab for a year. When it was time to leave they sent Sparrow to pick her up. There are lots of twists and turns.
A heart wrenching, emotional, intense and passionate roller coaster ride to go on with Sparrow and Sierra. A definite page turner that left me breathless. This series just keeps getting better. I cannot describe how much I enjoyed this story.
