Living in New York has made Trina hate the holidays. Everything is just so picture-perfect; ice skating at Rockefellar Center, Christmas tree lighting, Macy's over the top decor, and the music. Good lord the music! It's everywhere and there is literally nothing anyone can do to escape it. It's enough to make a perpetually singleton like Trina leave the city entirely!This year that's exactly what she's going to do... leave the city entirely. Well, for the holiday season at least.Luckily, she found the perfect place to escape. A place where she won't be reminded every two seconds that another year has passed, and she's right where she's always been... alone.Trina is running off to England to stay with a long lost aunt. They'll be tucked away in her tiny cottage where they can eat all of the Christmas treats they want, and not be bothered with anything from the outside world.That is... until the attractive but shy groundskeeper (secretly the Duke) catches her eye.

Adorable!! I could not put this book down. Short, sweet, steamy, and honestly quite believable as far as royal romances go. Ha.
PLEASE tell me there is going to be a sequel, I need to know everything that happens back in England!

A fun, fast paced read with steam!!! I don’t why there’s a dog on the cover as there was no mention of a dog at all!!
I loved how Trina stood up for self with her job in such a misogynistic workforce.
It read like a Hallmark Christmas movie but with underlying themes of grief! I like that there’s was POC and LGTBQ representations!

This book is a little on the short side, but so good! I loved the characters and the chemistry between them. Plus I love England, so I appreciated all of the little cultural details about England at Christmas time. Don’t pass this one up. I hope she writes another one in this same location next Christmas!

No se que decir de este libro, amo los libros navideños pero amo más leerlos en cualquier época del año que no sea Diciembre.
Edward y Trina son increíbles, si me hubiera gustado leer más de ellos cuando eran niños pero es un libro muy corto, no podía esperar mucho de eso. Pero realmente me gustó.

It's a silly Christmas novella, but I didn't like it.

It was bad, but not Hallmark-guilty-pleasure bad. Just plain bad. The second star was out of pure pity, I felt bad since it's Christmas.
