Wow. These two authors did not come to play with the second book in the Raven's Oath series. This book takes the reader on an emotional journey but also has darker elements. Blaze and Kaci are reunited after years apart when Kaci disappeared. I enjoyed the dangerous edge to the story, it kept me guessing and on the edge of my seat. Little did Blaze know she has been hiding in plain sight all the years they've been apart. The case they are on will test them beyond anything they imagined. The book is spicy they are a hot couple and I liked how Blaze slowly encouraged Kaci to trust him sexually. Although I would have liked seeing more of them as a couple in the past I still enjoyed getting to know them and seeing them get their hard one HEA.

Wow, Kathy and Kate sure know how to stop your heart beating then skipping beats..... when he'll of a roller coaster of a read. It's a must read.
Blaze and Kaci haven't had an easy life at all and a life they want to leave in the past for good.
Kaci walked away from Blaze the love of her life and her horrible past and demons. Could her job bring her love and happiness or will it destroy her for good!!
There's only one way to find out and that's to grab your copy and read, you will not be disappointed.
Can't wait for book 3.

Boy what a book.
The last part especially will be hard to read so be warned, but it is also what made the book.
I was right in assuming that this writing duo would find their groove the more they wrote together.
Was there still a bit too much steam? Yes, but it was definitely more balanced this time round.
I could not get enough of the plot, but it is the next book I'm most excited about.
Definitely recommend.

I absolutely loved this book. For me this one was a lot better than book 1. I felt there was a bit more action involved with what Kaci and Blaze do for work. I also loved the BDSM aspect of the story. Then there is the second chance romance aspect that I loved as well.
Kaci didn't have the best childhood. She had to suffer through things that no child should ever have to even think about. Because of all the things still weighing heavily on her soul, she isn't fully ready to submit to Blaze the way she feels he needs her to. So, after a session that never truly happened, Kaci just leaves Blaze. She never tells him goodbye or explains what is going on. She just disappears. One night she is sitting a bar trying to figure out what to do with her life, when she meets Raven. He offers her something she didn't even realize she truly needed. This helped her find the person she is supposed to be.
Five years later when Raven calls her for a job to do, her past walks into the room. She never really thought she would see Blaze again but now they are forced to work together to help find some missing girls and take down a trafficking ring. Blaze was devastated when Kaci left him. He didn't know what he had done wrong and where she went. He tried to find her to no avail. Now that he has to work a job with her, he isn't sure how he should be feeling. He knows he still loves her, but he is so angry at the way she left him. He thought they had a deep trust with each other and when she left the way she did, it almost broke him.
This time together could be their Revival or it could be their downfall. They will have to open up to each other and lay all their cards on the table in order to move past the hurt and anger.
One thing that I really loved about this story is that Kaci wasn't celibate during their time apart. I have read so many stories where the heroine is celibate while the hero is out there sleeping with anyone that walks by. They never discussed their lives during the five years apart. We only hear about Kaci during some of her internal dialogue.

OMG, this spectacular duo has a new book coming out and I couldn't start it fast enough.
I've read so many books from Kathy Coopmans that I lost count and I can say, without thinking, that I loved every single one.
I don't know Kate Benson for too long, but just two books were enough to make me a fan.
And now, they got together again and lord have mercy.
Revival is their latest release and it's the second book from the Raven's Oath series.
This book explores the lives of Kaci and Blaze.
One side note. Despite the fact that this book is standalone I advise you to read the first book, Relinquish. You'll see why.
Kaci had suffered what any child should. She was abused in several ways and her foster mom hadn't done anything to protect her.
When she was old enough, she got away with her sister and never looked back.
A few years later, she meets the love of her life, Blaze, but didn't think she wasn't worth loving, that she was too damaged to be taken care of so she ran.
Years later...
I'm in love. So in love.
This story was perfection.
Stellar plot, well written, super engaging, dark, and hopeful.
How can I say more without spoiling?
Once I started to read this book I realized it was nearly impossible to stop.
Things were happening and the need to know more overpowered everything.
I knew their pasts were dark, but Dayum, the things they endured...
Some scenes were brutal and I felt so bad for them.
The chemistry they shared was through the roof. And the hot stuff... Jesus...
This book was perfect in every way and now I'm eager to read Raven's book.
So many questions needing answers... So so many.
Please, Kathy and Kate. Please don't take too long... I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

I am not even joking! This book delivers all the feels, its gut wrenching, heart breaking but its also a balm for the soul.
This is not an easy read! Blaze and Kaci have a history and are unexpectedly thrown together on a case. A case that will test both of them to their limits. It tested me as a reader!!
Literally from chapter 17, I was coming out of my skin!! I needed reviving! My partner kept asking me if I was okay!!
These two amazing authors have done it again!!! Bravo ladies, bravo!

It's a must read
I want to start by saying Kate and Kathy are amazing writers.
Once again ravens oath did not disappoint. It will keep you on you toes the whole time . With heartfelt moment to being worried and scard right down to the juicy and steamy moments.

✯✯4 Blaze and Kaci Filled Stars!!!✯✯
This is the second book in this series. I had such a legit hard time getting into book one that I was nervous to start this one. But, I liked this book so much more than the first one!
Blaze is an assassin and he’s only let one women into his heart. He knew Kaci had trust issue’s from her childhood but he thought she’d eventually let him in. Instead she disappeared from his life. Here today and gone tomorrow. He looked for her for years and she vanished. He found her sister but that was it.
When Raven calls him into the office to talk about his next job he wasn’t expecting Kaci to be sitting there across from Raven. It’s obv to him that his best friend and boss Raven was the reason she disappeared and couldn’t be found. Even though they weren’t that far away from each other.
Blaze finds out that Kaci will be his partner for his next job. He wants to shake her and demand answers on why she didn’t trust him enough and why’d she leave him. He also wants answer’s from Raven but he can’t Bc he’s gotta job to do and he’s a professional.
Kaci can’t believe Blaze is her partner. She’s only worked with Ezra. She’s also extremely shocked that Blaze is an assassin like her.
Kaci’s got question’s for Blaze but she’s afraid to ask them. Instead she’s going to work the case. Kaci wants to find out who’s been kidnapping these young girl’s and trafficking them.
Blaze and Kaci bump heads constantly. There’s a lot of things unsaid between the two of them so it’s making it harder for them to work together. Plus the case is getting under their skin. But, they won’t give up until they get the monster’s off the face of the earth.
They really are each other HEA but they’ll have to finally open up completely to each other to get it.
I was curious about Raven in the first book Bc you only heard from him over the phone. I’m hoping he’ll get his own book Bc I’m curious about him.

Ms Coopmans and Benson take their Raven’s Oath series to the next level in my opinion with a stronger presence from Raven in person. I also found out why Blaze had a different Keeper standing that the others
We met Kaci in Raven’s Oath, book one, RELINQUISH and I have been waiting so (im)patiently for her back story, and in the Prologue, I got to see why she’d left the man she’d loved so damn hard that she would try to please him in the best possible way for both of them, but failed. I was gutted for her, and I was smitten with the start of this book.
Even though REVIVAL could easily stand alone, I believe that reading Ezra and Lilly’s story in RELINQUISH first will have any reader appreciating this book so much more. Relationships with the characters are built, and understanding is reached. I could not put either of these books down.
Coopmans and Benson have really got their author groove on here and I reckon they’re really going to knock my socks off with book 3. Amazing book, best ever plot and fantastic MC’s.

First, let me say holy hecka moly with this book. I could not put it down and I mean I really couldn't I stopped long enough to pee if that. Second, the cover of this book is HOTTT, I love Lance and he was perfect for the character of Blaze. Blaze and Kaci have this beautiful relationship, but she knows he wants more than she can give. Blaze will always love Kaci no matter what and will do what he can to keep her, but one night changes everything. Kaci has been through hell and my heart truly hurt for her and her sister Tara. When she does the unthinkable and walks away from Blaze the man she loves well her life is about to change. Raven is a mystery we have all wanted to know about and when he confronts Kaci to help her he knows it's the right move. Now years later they are about to come face-to-face for the first time and secrets are about to be revealed. They are paired together and Blaze's protective instinct is about to kick in full force. But will all stories this one is full of heartache and these two will have to figure out what is really important. These two authors did an amazing job writing book two in The Raven's Oath Series and I can't wait to read more.

When I found out Kathy Coopmans and Kate Benson were writing a book together I knew these two ladies would write the book to end all books. And oh boy did they.
Kaci and Blake .. what can I say? I’m in love it is it lust ?with Blake! The utmost Uber dominating man who puts aside his dominance for Kaci to go in undercover for the latest project Raven sent her on. Little did she know her partner ends up being the man she left years ago. D St he still loves him! He still loves her but hates her a little cause he never got closure. Will they be able to survive what happens to Kaci the hands of the ruthless pigs?
I fall really hard for all the characters in Kathy’s books.. lol and do will you.

Revival had you on the edge of your seat and holding your breath as the past crashes into the present and there are more questions than answers. Blake and Kaci have a history and one that is tainted with so much hurt. As unanswered questions surround these two as they work together to take out the trash so to speak, tensions run high as they struggle to keep their game faces on. Their story was action packed, filled with suspense and the angst will have you gripping the edge of your seat so hard and unable to put this book down. It was charged with so much chemistry that you had to be careful not to get zapped. The love that these two still held for each other was buried so deep in their soul that ultimately there was no way they could walk away this time. The heat and the steam between Kaci and Blake will have your skin on fire as it is intense and powerful. This series is one that has you captivated and drawn into their world that at times you feel captured within the pages. Bring on the next book because I think these two authors are about to take this five star series to a whole new level.

The book started off slow for me, I was having a hard time getting into it really. I realized this could be because I don't recall reading book 1 Ave they are probably interlocking.
After approximately eighteen percent I started to connect with the characters and storyline- from there I loved it!
Author Kate Benson is new to me but author Kathy Coopmans is a favorite of mine. The edgy action packed content was right up there with what I expect from a book by Kathy Coopmans.
I love the mixture of a second chance romance mixed with action - not quite a Mafia but for lack of better clarification mafia romance.
The storyline ran smoothly and kept me guessing while the characters burned up the pages with their chemistry!

Raven's Oath was a definite page turner, it kept you alert, wondering what was happening next and wanting so much more. Kaci and Blaze were a complex couple, even though they were apart for a period of time, they fit in every way. This was a great second book in this series. I love these two authors collaborating together and putting out the angst in everyway.

Revival is book 2 in the Raven’s Oath series by Kathy Coopmans and Kate Benson. If you like things a little dark, spicy and dominant, then this book will check all of your boxes. Add in the fact that it’s also a second chance romance and I was over the moon. Kaci and Blaze were in for a shock when they found out that after not seeing each other for five years, they have been right under each other’s noses both working for The Oath. Having to do a job together brings out the best and worst in them both. Get ready for what’s to come!

This book has so much chemistry that you will be wondering how your ereader isn't on fire. this is a journey that Blaze and Kaci have to take together, When Raven asked you to do something you will follow what she wants. it's true that when you set someone free they will come back and that is only part of the story for them. I enjoyed reading this book and must say it was one of my favorites from this duo

Kaci is a "kick end" heroine, who's pretty much the best parts of every female superhero rolled up into one! I was getting some serious "girl power" vibes as I read! Blaze "owns the room" when he walks in, and the tension between these two is an all out inferno! It was a pleasure watching this forced proximity slowly unfold!

What a writing duo these two make! Kaci was the baddie heroine I love and Blaze is the alpha hero we all want. The chemistry with these two was off the charts! I really enjoyed their story.

I have been looking forward to the next book from these two authors as I enjoyed the first book in the series. The second book is just as intense and wild as the first that will keep you on your toes. There are so many raw emotions that bleed within the pages between Blake and Kaci. While these two have a history, seeing how things play out will have you gripping your ereader and begging for more. There is a perfect blend of twists and turns as well as the passion that these two have for each other. Great read and I am so looking forward to what is next in this world.

Holy what a read this was! Fast paced, keeps you turning pages to see what will happen next. Blaze and Kaci are reunited after she left him in a hurry years ago. These two needed that time apart to make their way back to each other. The chemistry between the two is off the charts, now they just need to learn to work together. Absolutely loved this read and can't wait for the next.
