Kryptonite?
There was always a pull, a connection between Linc and Nori, and this was beautiful depicted throughout. I was disappointed in both, one withholding the complete truth and the other not trusting and letting fear take over. Nori, girl you could have at least just listened. Nevertheless they got it though in the end. Linc and Nori had in my feelings, their story was engulf in the roller coaster of emotions displayed in relationships

Nori was looking forward to celebrating her best friend Amora's upcoming nuptials in Vegas. This could mean nothing but a good time for a single woman right? Welll....... it was until Amora's younger brother steps on the scene. She is shook! Okay, Linc done growed up huh? 😂 Damn! There was always something special between Linc and Nori while growing up together. But, they never pursued it. Now that they are in each other's space, is the time right now? Linc was intentional in his pursuit of Nori, and he is all man now baby! You ready? Nori's ole confused ass got on my last nerve! 🤬 She wanted this man something serious, but wouldn't allow herself to act on those feelings, due to her fears. So the push and pull was a bit annoying, until they finally found their groove. Then here comes the ish! Nori allows some random's words overrule what she knew in her heart! So, she runs like usual, throwing it all away! Really Linc? You had ample opportunity to share with Nori why you left the A! All you did was leave the door open for her to exit stage left! Ughhhh..... 😠 They both were to blame for the hiccups in their relationship, but I'm glad that they got it together! Good read! 👍👍👍

Good read
Whew, Nori got on my last nerve. Like sis, we know you are guarded but Jesus, the man was trying. I probably would have left her alone a long time ago if I was Linc. I loved Linc and the patience he had. I do wish he would have communicated about that situation if he though it would be a problem. I was glad when things finally came together for them. Overall, I enjoyed the book, even with them irking me and I would recommend.

3.5✨I really liked the beginning of this book, Vegas for a coed bachelor party. It was fun, I liked the connection with Linc & Nori. They had really good sexual chemistry, ever after so much time has passed. I think the story was a little longer than I expected but I did like that finally, Linc got his girl!

My emotions about this book 😍🥴😫
I really hate stories like a woman likes a man like really likes a man but she is too scared to act on her feelings. The man is up front and honest about his intentions but the woman makes excuses after excuses on why they can’t be. But when you see him with another woman you feel some type of way 😡😡😡 that type of back and fourth really bothers my soul.
Now with that out the way, when Nori let Linc in they blossomed so freaking well when Nori wasn’t messing up their great moments. I was like Nori WTH is wrong with you girl. We can really get in our own way when we haven’t been properly loved. Or don’t know how to heal and communicate after being hurt. I sometimes disliked Nori and how as a grown woman she handled certain situations she definitely was childish.

Now with all I said in my review I will say this book was amazingly written. If an author can’t get all these emotions out of you, you don’t want them 🤣! This book even though was a short read it had a lot in it and will keep you engaged, I wanted more but I felt complete reading it till the end. I had to sign up for this authors mailing list and join her group to stay connected and read some of her other work!

Running in circles and found love
This was my first book by this author and I thought it was a pretty good read even though it felt like it took me a long time to get through. The author showed how you have to heal from past hurts and trauma to discontinue the cycle in future relationships and I felt she achieved that. There were certain scenes that I felt took away from the story of the main characters only because it wasn’t focused on the main characters’ reaction in that moment. I also didn’t care for Nori because she was exhausting and kept being hot and cold with Linc and it was hard for her to just say what she wanted and mean it. I can see her character as relatable in the sense of being guarded after being hurt, but at times I just wanted to tell her to heal and then see what the relationship with Linc would look like instead of constantly being hot and cold with him, which caused him to do the same eventually. I also didn’t like that once they got together and a conflict arose, she ran without even allowing for Linc to explain even if it wasn’t right away. She let a lot of time go by and it wasn’t until an accident happened that she wa ready to stop running. I’m glad they finally got it together in the end because they were cute together and you could feel their chemistry but it took some time for them to get to their happily ever after.

A lot of back and forth
You all this couple had so much back and forth, I had whiplash trying to stay current. So, here is the description- this was a best friends wedding and falling for your friends brother story. It was also about two people with trust issues who claimed they wanted to be Just Friends. Yeah right. Now, I don't know about you guys, but I don't carry on like this couple did in this story with my friends. The story had lots of back and forth moments, and it made sense, but whew, I was glad they made the right decision together, and stood by the decision.

Forbidden Love Story!!!
Linc and Nori almost got together years ago but Nori ran away from her feelings for Linc and he ended up leaving town. I was glad when Nori stopped running from her feelings and gave into the love and passion that Linc was offering her even though they kept it undercover. Awesome Read
A weekend in Vegas for a bachelorette party turned into reuniting with someone Nori had loved for years. Seeing Linc made her feel things she hadn't felt in years. Him moving home and them working together didn't help either. They took forever to get things right, especially with Him being so stubborn, but they eventually found their peace. Great read!

This was a really good read but honestly Nori got on my nerves. Especially after she blocked Amora, I was dont with her. I definitely understood why Linc insisted they be friends, I only hoped he would have been able to follow through. It was a nice addition to the naughty November books but that doggone Nori was irritating. Linc was a dream come true though

Linc was definitely the man. Nori got on my NERVES. She was wishy washy the hole time until Linc told her they could be friends. Good book, glad things worked out for them.

So Nori stressed me out in the first half of this book. All the running and entertaining that other nigga was pissing me off!!! Glad they got it together though cuz their roller coaster relationship was annoying as hell!
