Mindful Zen Habits is a neat book that focuses on relying on self for holistic development of mind and soul. Each day promises new learning and each chapter in the book promises to send the readers into ‘zen mode’. The realization of who we are and how we are capable of communicating with our mind and body don’t take long to seep in. In fact, the book busts several notions that people advocate otherwise.

Много ми допадна книгата. Тя е сбита и ясна и дава много добри практики за промяна на навиците. Хареса ми това, че няма излишно разтягане, както и ненужна прехваленоност и самореклама от страна на автора. Определено е приятно и лено четиво, което може да даде идеи на четящия.

Bonito libro con buenos ejemplos de como y para qué hacer mindfulness explica no con mucho detalle pero explica los beneficios de practicarlo me gusto

Short book. But pearls of wisdom.

It is good to confirm that one is on the right track.

Journaling is something am yet to start.
