NAOMI
Come to Mama's funeral, and then come to her wake. Those aren't really very imposing requests... so why the hell couldn't Joey just show up, smile, accept condolences, and be done with it? Because she's drama with a capital D, that's why. I'll make her pay her respects if I have to sit in this biker bar all night. I'm not afraid of Joey, and I'm not afraid of them.
VIPER
Joey's sister looks nothing like her, acts nothing like her, and talks nothing like her. But Naomi White also doesn't back down from a stand-off, and that's something I have to respect the hell out of. Now, if I could just get her out of my head... that'd be great.

When the club comes between two sisters with a rough history, and little love for one another, there was always going to be some fireworks... they just didn't expect a display worthy of the Fourth of July. When Naomi inadvertently pushes her sister to cross an uncrossable line, how far will Viper go to get his woman back? Find out in this standalone installment of the Brothers of the Wild Hawks.

Naomi is Joey's sister and has just come from the funeral from their mother and Naomi wants Joey at the wake but she will not go, so Naomi follows her to the MC club and sits there till Joey goes, but it does not work like that but ends up with a job with Shelley looking after the kids.

Viper sees Naomi at the bar and goes over and can't believe she's Joey's sister, Viper takes her home after Joey gets her kicked out, and says she will be there to pick her up.

Viper has been picking and taking Naomi home for a week now, but on this day all of Naomi's things are on the lawn, Joey has somehow got in and thrown her things out, Viper ends up taking her back to his to stay.

Naomi ends up sleeping with Viper when he comes back one night.

Naomi goes to meet Joey to see if things can be sorted but Joey says she hates her and ends up hurting her.

Can Viper find her and bring her back to become is old lady

What a fast, fun, flirty read. Poor Naomi is a fairly innocent, insecure, young woman that’s been bullied by her older sister, Joey, for her entire life. We’ve seen Joey in previous books and she’s an evil, horrible club girl who is dying to be an Old Lady to an Officer. Naomi goes to the club to attempt to guilt/force Joey to go to their mother’s wake - when there she stumbles into Merch. Merch is immediately taken with Naomi, but it’s more a protective sort of behavior. Poor guy is so delusional and oblivious to what’s happening and why he’s behaving certain ways. A lot happens in this book, and again I’m fairly disgusted with how much Joey gets away with because men at the club (cough cough The Shaws are quite the epic wimps when it comes to handling club girl drama) are cowards or not that concerned. It’s really not that good of a look. The ending is sweet, in more ways than one, and Naomi and Merch are perfect for one another.

Viper and Naomi were such a perfect fit!

Viper's lack of self awareness and his "clueless" possessiveness in the beginning was so entertaining.

"I've been hanging around the bar, waiting for all the women to collect their rugrats. That should be all of them, so I can give Naomi a ride home. Make sure she gets there okay. I'd hate for one of the other brothers to offer her a lift. They might take advantage." Suuuuuure Viper, so innocent, nothing to see here.

The evil step sister finally gets her due but the bad parts of me really wish it was more extreme. That woman was truly evil and tortured every one of the h's in this series. Good riddance.

I like my h's sweet and innocent and I like my H's possessive and jealous and Naomi and Viper are exactly this. Going on the re-read list.

Viper

What a fabulous read. I absolutely loved Viper and Naomi’s story ❤️❤️❤️ she was a great character in this book. Viper didn’t want an old lady but he couldn’t stop this run away train once he took her to his home. He was very protective of her. Her sister was a monster to her. A beautiful biker love story. 100% recommend this book to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

3.5 stars. I liked this one but Naomi was a bit clueless and weak. The club needed to get rid of those groupies, there’s no way their behavior would be tolerated. They finally dealt with Joey and yet they’ve still kept Nance around after what she did to Lisa?

Enjoyed

This was a complete surprise. This book had a good plot, and the word just flowed. This wasn't an easy journey for them, but they got their happy ending.
