This was a light quick read with some reinforcement and chuckles about how we think about food and our bodies. I enjoyed it, but it was not anything earth shattering and did not add a lot to what I was mentally already doing. I did take a couple of quotes and added them to my personal journal. I enjoyed it.
Maybe I wasn't in the mood for this one and just didn't give it a chance. I ended up skimming it more than anything. Didn't really hold my interest or come up with anything new.
