This little pocketbook may give you ideas of where to go but it doesn’t take all the hassle of the research. It gives you inklings of what the area’s like and there’s a small map on each page to show you where the city is, but it’s a shame that there’s not a map to help you plan your own route since only direct connections are mentioned. This can be quite an elitist book at times. Some of the language assumes that the reader already knows about what is being referred to. There’s quite a few cities involved but some of them haven’t got much coverage and a few of them even asks you to fill in the blanks! What this guide does do is tell you about value, though it also advises when you’re not going to get anywhere near it but it’s worth going for the experience anyway. All you need is to grab a travel deal and get adventuring.
