Like Klein's Mortise & Tenon magazine, this is beautifully and clearly photographed. The advice & instructions are understandable and written at a level for novices & intermediate woodworkers. The problem with it is that it made me by three antique tools off eBay. (That's my story and I'm sticking to it.)
Joshua's prose is very precise and understandable. The photos that support the descriptions are very clear and aligned with the text. Any craftsmen who are woodworkers will benefit from this book. You don't have to be a die-hard hand tool user to benefit from this informative book.
