The Prophet has been defeated, but the real danger is still to come.
When a dangerous foe comes to the city looking for Kanar, he must find a way to avoid the Hunter while uncovering the truth of a persistent magic they thought defeated.
While Honaaz chases his past, Lily wants only to help, but she’ll have to rediscover her own truth before she can do so.
Morgan works with the council, taking the seat once held by her father, and finds help through an unlikely ally.
Powerful workings of witchcraft surround the city—only none know why or who’s responsible. Kanar’s team looks for answers, even though they’ve begun to fragment.
They’ll need to work together to stop true destruction, but it may be too late to stop the coming war.
Almost good as the first two books but not what I was expecting it would be about. Everyone loves a book that has swords, sorcery and witchy witches. But when the meanies take the upper hand in a whole book and leaves the good guys to struggle, then it makes you feel some kind of way. Yet through it all, a hint of love is in the air and powerful forces…the good guys of course, has started to bloom and gives you hope for the next book. Love this series. Not a dull moment.
Fast paced with great character development. Old enemies turning into new unexpected threats. The Kong knows more than he's letting on I'm sure. Will be jumping straight into the next volume
This is a well written and has well developed characters. The story is catching and with the strong characters makes for a very enjoyable read. Great Reading Everyone!
I really enjoyed this installment and where it sent the overall series. I am really excited to see the character list grow and I cannot wait to read the next book to see where everyone ends up.
