Marco has spent his entire life hungry for something he can’t name. Valentine knows exactly what he needs: to be brought to his knees.
A few years back, Marco ruined his relationship with his twin, Enzo. At one time, they stayed glued at the hip. Now Marco is determined to reclaim that connection, except he doesn’t even know who he is anymore and that’s getting in the way of restarting his life. There’s also this cocky boxer who thinks he knows everything. He won’t give Marco the space he needs to think. Now Marco doesn’t know if he’s in L.A. for Enzo or this ridiculous guy who won’t get out of the way.
Valentine freely admits he’s a bit much. He doesn’t let that bother him. Having money, looks, and fame goes to a person’s head. It’s all part of the image. Marco is just another game. It’s called getting Valentined. Plenty of men and women have been there. Marco is the first one Valentine can’t shake. It’s a conundrum. He’s sure it’ll pass.
Beautifully Valentined is the twenty-second book in Charity Parkerson’s Candied Crush series where the men are like candy—rich, irresistible, and bad for your health.

Finally, Marcos' story. He has some 'splainin to do😉🤨. He done caused damage to Aric and Enzo in their book. A really sexy, erotic, quick love story about two men at a crossroads deciding the rest of their life. I enjoyed it. It lacked the depth of other books in the series and quickly skimmed over difficult issues but that was ok, all the points were made.
A few years ago Marco ruined his relationship with his twin Enzo and is determined to reclaim that connection but right now he doesn't even know who he is anymore which is getting in the way of restarting his life. Valentine is a cocky boxer and he won't give Marco the space he needs to think while Valentine freely admits he's a bit much he doesn't let that bother him. Valentine has money, looks and fame and Marco is just another game - it's called getting Valentined. Plenty of men and women have been there. Marco is the first one Valentine can’t shake. It’s a puzzle. He’s sure it’ll pass.
I enjoyed this story where the relationship between Marco and Enzo was wrapped into the story about the relationship between Marco and Valentine. Valentine was definitely a player who met his person and managed to change things and clean up his act. I loved the way that he found a way to keep Marco doing what he loved to do even though he wasn't able to do it in his old job. There were a lot of emotions in this story and I could feel those as I was invested in it. Easy to read and understand. This was an MM story with mature content.
At the Aviator Club, owned by Enzo (Marco's brother) and husband Aric, these two hunky men, Valentine and Marco clicked right away. This is cute, easy and has terrific characters. Marco, 34, Enzo's twin, tall, strong and broad shoulders, is an ex-Navy jet pilot, limps from a horrible injury he got in the service. Valentine, a vibrant boxer, thick arms, wide chest, dark hair Mohawk style, brown eyes is big and solid, plus he's ready to retire.
They jump at the chance for a quickie in the club, and then begin to hang out, as their emotions become stronger, pasts are examined and we see them in their hot passionate scenes. This novella is fun, exciting, heartwarming and lovely. You'll like the getting together, figuring out each man's needs and finding their "one."
Be sure to read the many awards this author has accumulated.
Only Charity can pack a full story in 88 pages not to say I wish they were longer. All her series are fantastic. You have character building plot ,feelings and beautiful characters.
Valentine is a cocky boxer who is also a player, but when he meets Enzo he falls for him and that’s all confusing and exciting. That’s the main trope of this book, they are good together, help each other though things, there is spice and funny moments. Good story line but didn’t blow me away.
