The five men I loved were the only ones I could trust.
Dark Imaginarium Academy was no longer a safe haven for me. Any hopes for a fresh start have been completely eliminated—forced to flee the academy with the men who have quickly become everything to me.
Carmina is far more dangerous than ever before though and even in the secure shadows of the Nyx estate, secrets from my past come to light, revealing something about my heritage I could have never expected. Something that drives me to consider seeking out Astaroth to put an end to the threat that now faced the entire realm…all because of me.
Shadow Witch features characters that are all 18+. This is not a high school academy book, and the contents are intended for mature audiences. This book includes violence, mature content, PTSD, flashbacks of abuse, and sex. There is no bullying from the harem, just psychotic men trying to claim their girl.
Shadow Witch is book three in the Phases of the Moon series, which is set within the shared universe of Dark Imaginarium Academy. All series can be read independently, but characters have crossovers and it is highly encouraged to read all within the universe to understand the world in its entirety.

Just remember to love cats... that's not negotiable.
I can't even begin to tell you the amount of pure joy I had when I was finally able to get my hands on Shadow Witch. I'm sure my squeal could be heard for miles, haha. I've been patiently waiting and it was perfection.
More about the guys was included in this story, which I liked, it just added layers to them and in some cases explains a lot. The cutest moment is when Deva meets their families, her reaction somehow seems not her and totally her at the same time. Deva and her guys are so cute together. I love how easily they express their affections now. They handle her with care while knowing she can handle herself and Deva has finally learned to lean on and trust them. There were plenty of sweet moments along with the steam between them.
The story takes place in Carmina, where the witches reside. I love getting more information about the witches, their culture, and their problems, the big one being Astaroth. A lot was revolving around that but there were also some revelations. The answers that I've been searching for finally get revealed and to say that I am shook is an understatement. I didn't see it coming which made it all the better.
Oh, that ending. Talk about a cliffhanger, Sinclair was trying to do me in with that ending. My nerves are fried, I have no idea how the next book is gonna go but from the title alone I'm a little worried. I guess I gotta wait to see how it all ends in Unblessed Witch, the fourth and final book in the series.
*RH *multi-pov *fantasy *academy *witches *damaged FMC *established harem (5) *med burn 🔥 *3/4 Attacks, Answers and Amour 😄 A great instalment to this series, I really liked the answers we got about the connection between the Death Doll and Astaroth as well as why he’s so adamant in getting her back 😣 There’s plenty of action in this book with the numerous attacks that are being launched against Deva and her men, not only that but the emotional attacks she’s facing with all the information being thrown at her 😢 Sinclair really enables you to feel those emotions in her writing! Thankfully Devas men are 10000% behind her and are determined to help her face her for and not let her slink back into her dark places 🥰 even if their methods for doing that are dominating and possessive 🔥🔥🌶️🌶️ we also get a little more of their family and background in this one which is cool. The book culminates in a big showdown and you kind of expect what will happen but it will be interesting to see how it’s dealt with! 😬
The 3rd book of The Phases of the Moon series brought me on an emotional journey. Deva and her men had to face many obstacles that helped them all to grow closer. There were some surprises. I enjoyed meeting her men’s families. I liked the use of flashbacks to enhance the story. I can’t wait for the next book.
Wow! This was my first time with an ARC and I am so excited for you all to read the 3rd book of this series.
Deva and her psycho men runs from DIA in an attempt to get away from being framed for murders. They make it to Grims house where she gets to meet some of the families of her boys. Secrets are told, sexy scenes galore and then they are off to try to find Astaroth's 2nd in command due to reported deaths.
The cliff hanger made me want to cry for Deva, throw my kindle and pray M. Sinclair finishes the 4th book soon cause I need to know what happens! You will not be disappointed in this book. It's spicy and action rolled up in a great part of the story!

Well that was stupid of Deva and her men, never mind focusing on what she was wearing. I feel like book 3 was a waste of my reading time. Why go to the house of Nyt only to run off like children thinking they were super powerful? It's one thing to be powerful at school but in the real world..... They didn't even stand a chance tut tut tut
This read is one heck of a magical rollercoaster that hooked me right from the start. Imagine a world where even shadows have secrets!
The author's world-building is like a Pinterest board for fantasy lovers. You can practically smell the magic in the air, and the shadows feel like they're whispering secrets in your ear. Sinclair has this way of describing stuff that makes you wish you could jump into the pages and live there for a bit. You really live this storey with Deva and will find yourself practically shouting, "You go, girl!" as she navigates all the twists and turns in this book.
What I love most is how "Shadow Witch" isn't just about magic and sparkly stuff. Deva faces some real head-scratching moral dilemmas, making you question what's what on the good and evil scale. It's like a deep dive into the gray areas of life, but with cool magic spells thrown in and possessive Alpha’s to reign in Deva and protect when needed. The pacing is spot-on – no boring bits anywhere.
In a nutshell, this book is a must-read for anyone who loves a good fantasy read with a sprinkle of moral dilemmas. The author's storytelling is like a magic potion that makes you forget the real world for a day or two whilst enjoying Deva’s trials and tribulations!
Get ready for a wild ride where shadows aren't just shadows, nothing is as it seems, Gray is the new Black and danger is everywhere- Oh and that cliffhanger ending just adds the sprinkles on to of a wonderfully delicious storey.
Shadow Witch is the third book in the Phases Of The Moon Series, which is a part of the shared universe of Dark Imaginarium Academy. This is a paranormal, why choose romance with a great story and plenty of steam.
I absolutely love Deva and her guys and am so happy with how their relationships have progressed and continue to progress. I love the dynamics between Deva and the guys, as well as between the guys themselves.
The continuing story is terrific. It’s full of action, intrigue, insight, secrets, and suspense. It’s a true page turner. I love everything about this book and series and would definitely recommend it. I am very excited to see what comes next, especially after the big time cliffhanger that we’re left on.
Deva and her guys are so adorable. I love how they are all dangerous and capable of great harm, but also together, they are loving and passionate. Away from DIA and the safety Deva thinks she had there, they will now all need to work together to bring down the big bad. I loved the interactions with the guys families and the hot moments our girl gets. I cannot wait to see what happens in the final book. This is a masterful series, rich world, great characters and banter and a fight for everyone!
I was so excited to see this book....and it does not disappoint at all. So many questions are answered, and so many more I still have. Deva and her guys just can't seem to catch a break. This book is fast-paced, full of plenty of action and heat. I absolutely love this world and can't wait for more
Oh my goodness! From the very first word to the last, this book is amazing! Literally from the beginning to the end had me hooked! Seeing Deva build her relationship with her men and watching so much get thrown on her! She is constantly getting stronger. The cliffhanger at the end is so worth it!! I can’t wait for the next book! Another amazing addition by M. Sinclair!!!
This is book 3 of M. Sinclair’s Phases of the Moon series. Deva and her men were so close in defeating Astroroth and then of course, a plot twist happened. No spoilers, you’ll have to read it for yourself 😉
This was such a great read!! Sooo good!! & aahhhhh that cliffhanger!! My gosh!! Deva and her Men are amazing!! aahhhh I love them together!! & they go through so much!! This series is a must read!! Freak’n amazing!!🩵🖤
REVIEW FOR ENTIRE SERIES (Phases of the Moon) 🌖🌕🌔🌛🌜🌝🌗🌓🌚🌙🌒🌑
•Overall rating: 4/5. Ok so I shall start with a disclaimer, this was the third series I read for the DIA chronicles and did so immediately after The Creatures we Crave series.
THE 4TH BOOK COMES OUT IN 7 MONTHS... I am so upset as the 3rd ended on a cliff hanger... so clearly I like this series haha
The last 2 series are written by M.Sinclair but continues on with Caulders other DIA novels; The worlds within this series are derivative but in a good way - I wasnt craving a new author's spin on the classical monsters ie: vampires, witches, wolves and ghouls, I mean, if it aint broke ya know? That being said RL did a great job at being traditional with these witches but adding her own tid bits in there too.
The series was easy to read, was quick about world building but detailed enough that I could see everywhere and also scattered Easter eggs & references to her other books in here that kept me wondering (pre-emptively getting me hooked on all the series... well played Sinclair). The idea is that there's different realms for different monsters and what ties them all together for the sake of this plot is an academy that students (21+ so we keep is saucy not icky) can attend to hone their skills... yet they seem to bone more than hone in my opinion *gasps and clutches pearls* 😲
This series, covered the Witch sector and follows Deva/Ayla (ps loved that name since Clan of the Cave Bear) and her FIVE mates (my ranking):
1. Grimshaw/Grim: Shadow Daddy witch 2. Osborn/Oz: Serial Killer unblessed or nature witch 3. Lazaro/Laz: Stoic and Dom Daddy Lunar witch 4. Micajah/Cage: Nutcase and Freak-a-leek Blood witch 5. Aleksander/Alek: Swoll, russian gangster thug mutant mutant witch
🧙♂️🧙♂️🧙♂️🧙♂️🧙♂️ 🧙♀️
• Favourite character: Loved her friends in this series however they quickly became not important once they all got mated up... which I didn't care for. In the other 2 DOA stories the girls stayed closer to their friends but I guess Deva had more mates to manage haha. Deva was also this kick ass assassin who was confident in her abilities however still had some trauma to overcome plus body issues - RELATABLE MUCH? I think she did a great job at managing her many mates as well as pushing for answers and vengeance - total bad ass... no wonder she got 5 witch zaddys! 🥵
OMG THE FAMILIARS/ANIMAL COMPANIONS WERE TOO CUTE. They matched the personalities so well and when they all had cuddle puddles together 🥺 I love spiders so having one in the mix really hit for me 🕷
This series dove into the character development more so with the mates which I really enjoyed and added a layer of complexity to the bond. That being said the book kept telling us how terrifying and powerful these males were and yet... ain't no murdering or major spells - just bravado and reputation. Like is it too much to ask for a cheeky follow through on "touch her and you will be slaughtered"...??? DO I ASK TOO MUCH? 🤔
• Hated character: Emily played the perfect villan and her distain for Deva wasn't giving woman banding together... ick. That was a basic answer but there you have it, no one else really sparked intense reactions and I think that's due to having 6 main characters - tough work to juggle multiple POV and the story line. CAN I JUST SAY that one thing I did hate was the sleep to sex ratios? I don't mean to come across thirsty but like 1-2 (IF that) steamy moments from a lady with 5 hot mates? CAP CAP CAP! 🧢🧢🧢 Plus every dam chapter she's having a nap, I don't know if it is a writing tool to help manage the passing of time and/or to emphasize her power resources but dayum - Deva was tucked up for naps more than a dam cat hehehe witch pun.
• Smut vs Plot: 60/40 leaning more towards plot but I was here for it. The first book wasn't so much smut or plot but rather romance so if you are keen on possessive MMC thirsting over a FMC and giving "mine" public displays of affection - you'll be stoked with book 1. Book 2 and 3 dives more into the smut which I enjoyed - the writing was very intense in the best way.
• Spice rating (1-5): 🌶🌶 🌶.5
• Reminds me of: hmmmmm it was giving dark HP if you ask me. Liked spells and magic rulings as well as the different witch types too.
• Re-read: 💯 and will do so in October before the final book is out! YES I PREORDERED!
• Trope: Reverse Harem & Mated bonds. All males total obsessed and express it differently, hitting all tropes in the right way! 😜
• Pet names: Deva: Ayla/My obsession/little Siren/little jaguar 🐆/Zaya (bunny)🐇, little thief and starlight ⭐
• Smut energy: OK the series isn't over but again, the smut ... I expected smuttier given SHE HAS 5 MATES! There was 1 threesome and like sorry but barely! Also the inner poly me hates that she hasn't slept with all 5 yet... in fact she's only penny p with 3... poor Cage and Alek 😔
Note: all virgins at the start which yall know I don't care for 🙄 also some blood play due to a few blood witches in the mix
• Favourite dynamic: I did love that Laz and her did an enemies to lovers thing because he was such a dick to her at the start - pushing her away. Also loved her and Ozs backstory and how she fell for him first and they took each others V plates... plus who doesn't love a serial killer who has an exception... her hehehehhe 🖤🔪 👸
• Favourite quotes/Bants:
"There were a lot of things I could handle, but a threat to my Zaya was absolutely not one of them"
"Clearly he was set on one task - getting his fucking hands on my bunny. Over my dead body"
"He was completely buried inside of me, and I had allow4ed his magic to eclipse my own so that the only I was breathing, the only thing I was feeling, was Grimshaw" .... EXCUSE ME?
" 'You can't not be drawn to you, little Siren. But that's okay. Its why I'm completely comfortable kill fucking everybody. I didn't realize what useful skill it was until I met you.'"
" 'Never need to thank me, little siren. I love how you taste.' "
" 'Stop trying to tell me what to do,' I bit out, unable to help myself. 'Fuck this. I'm not doing this,' he hissed grabbing me again. This time he swept my legs from under me so that I was pinned underneath him on the stone floor."
" 'You are so fucking stubborn.' He chuckled, his hot breath against my skin causing me to curl my toes. 'Roll over. Now' "
" 'Press your ass back further and grip the headboard.' I did exactly, and in reward he began to fuck me hard. Really hard.'
"The obsessive urge I had to take care of Deva. I wasn't a caring or considerate individual. In fact, I was an asshole. But with Deva it was different"
"The raw need I had for Deva, which was impossibly intensified now that I'd been inside of her"
"I was starting to wonder if the intensity with which I needed Deva was unhealthy, but I also couldn't seem to give a fuck"
"I nearly groaned as I tugged on her bottom lip a bit harder. 'I love you, little thief.' "
"Deva was simply everything"
"Understanding the psychology behind it didn't make me any less fucked up"
"Although balancing the urge to worship her with the urge to run a blade against her skin to see what lay underneath had proven a bit more difficult"
" 'I am going to kill this fucker.' Grim's voice was dark and heavy."
"Every time this woman smiled even slightly, I wanted to taste her lips"
"The rumble that left his throat when I let the magic slide off my fingers and into him was enough to spark a flare of desire in my stomach"
" ' Together. We will kill him together.' "

This one was a little slower than the previous 2 books, yet it was definitely worth reading and getting to know Deva’s men more. Wicked cliffhanger lol.
Wow. So much happened. I don’t know where to start.
Spoiler Alert! Do not read further if you don’t want spoilers
They all leave the academy due to being accused of a dbl murder. They hole up at Grims mansion where Deva meets several parents and grand parent of her men. Brothers, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews. She’s never been on a date so she’s understandably nervous and anxious because they will want to know her story. She also finds out her own history was twisted up by her own father. Her own god version of the Devil. The mans name everyone would rather whisper than say at full voice volume. Hes the Lord Voldermort in this series. She and the guys meet up with some of the pervy acolytes of His and they all feel especially murderous after the encounter. I’m glad she gutted the dbag. She has so much rage against him and his followers, it’s easy for her to go on a murderous rampage to save the innocent. The cliffy did not throw me. I knew it was going down even though it wasn’t her intention. It’s always the quiet ones that destroy from the inside out, and it will be Glorious. Like she’s walking away from a huge explosion, all dirtied up, ripped clothes, obviously been fighting, as she walks to her guys, she drops the activation device for blowing up His world. I can’t wait to see it. I honestly don’t know how she’s gonna get out of this last ritual. Not when he plans on not bringing her back. Grim her shadow witch is intensely protective of her. Oz, her silent stalker, psycho murderer, he kills for the innocent and to work out his own inner rage. He met her after she escaped Him. He led her to his apartment and kept her safe before she ran. He’s an unblessed witch and she didn’t want Him to hurt Oz. Lazarus, he doesn’t know how to communicate naturally, he blurts things out without realizing how it comes across, but he sure knows how to take care of her needs. Food, clothes, comfort, he makes her promise to never run from him. It was so sweet to see this silent big intimidating fellow fall for her. Cage, he fell for her instantly. He also dragged promises of her of not running from them. He was her comfort. Aleksander, he grew up with the same torture she did. Had similar magic. He was someone she connected with easily. Once he saw her on campus, he protected her, shielded her from his father. His own version of the Devil. Can’t wait to read what’s next.
I have been so excited to continue Deva’s story and so I absolutely devoured this book! Shadow Witch is book 3 in the Phases of the Moon series and if you are seeing this and loooove a strong and fierce FMC surrounded by incredibly sexy and possessive men I highly recommend this series!
Book 3 is full of twists and turns as we continue to explore the mystery around Deva’s past. There is so much revealed it is a lot to unpack as a reader and enough to almost break Deva herself. I love how fiercely loyal and supportive the guys are throughout this entire experience so far. It’s one of those situations where they are still new to each other but when you know you know and with that they will do anything to protect her. M. Sinclair always brings the spice and this book is no exception, I do love how even through the hot and heaviness of moments there is still sweetness too. You wouldn’t expect that necessarily from men who are borderline psychot!c but M. Sinclair is the Queen of these types of men!
There is a cliffhanger at the end that left my heart and mind reeling sooooo I am not so patiently waiting for the final book to see how everything plays out! If you are new to M. Sinclair books I HIGHLY recommend you check out her entire backlist!
This series is just so good. We are getting more background on Deva and of course we are seeing her build stronger relationships with her men Grimshaw, Lazaro, Micajah, Osborn and Aleksander. They finally leave school grounds but it’s not any safer away from the school. They do make it to Grims family house where she gets to meet more of the guys family but as a result she finally learns about her family and has trouble coming to terms with this info with trying to find a way to defeat Astaroth. I just love how the guys all adore her and are accepting of her and her family lineage and even though they are possessive and a little over the top she can’t help but love them all. I find it hard to pick a favorite from these guys as well. Every time I read a point of view from one of them I’m like yep he’s my favorite and then the next one comes up and then it changes. I’m excited for the next book and can’t wait for it to come out so I can see what happens after the cliffhanger. I don’t know how they’ll be able to take out Astaroth. Like I know we usually get a HEA but this one is making me wonder how they will get there.
When I tell you i have been SO ready for this book, I JUMPED as soon as I could to start it… and then didn’t stop. Didn’t matter that it was 2am when I finished it and I had to be up at 4 for work. Absolutely ZERO regrets. This series is one of my new favorites, and Deva is also one of my favorite characters. You can love a series without loving the main character. That is not the case here. I love Deva, and her men. The growth in this book as we look at the present and past, is very prevalent. You can see Deva taking into account how her actions will affect her men. You can also see the reverse. And how they are blending into a group that can work together without getting in each other’s way. The blend and mesh in a way that works for everyone. Speaking of her men. I love the drastic contrast in some personality traits of her men, while other traits are common amongst them all. There’s differences where they’re important in the relationship dynamic. Deva has a dynamic unique to each of her men, while also having a good similar with all of them. Their differences and similarities both bring them all together. Seriously though… when can I have the next book?
This book was so much better than the second book. We are thrown back into the story after book 2’s cliffhanger and it was action packed until the end. I loved book 1, book 2 was pretty slow, but book 3 was good. I am actually a little surprised that there’s going to be a fourth but I’m hoping we can finally get some answers.
It has been about a year between releases, so I do wish there was a little bit of a recap at the beginning of the book just so I could refresh my knowledge of the characters and what had happened so far. We caught up pretty quickly with the story, but I found I was still struggling to remember more about the men. As I continued to read, it did come back to me but that refresher would have been nice.
I enjoyed everything that happened in this book, and I especially loved knowing more about Deva’s history. That was a nice surprise, and it added more to my dislike of the villain. You realize how strong the FMC is for surviving what she went through and appreciate the support system she now has.
I’m looking forward to the continuation of the series to finally get some answers and that HEA.
I am so invested in this story. The journey Deva and her men have been on up to this point has been such an emotional rollercoaster, but seeing the growth Deva experiences on her own, and the growth in the relationships between her and her otp men has been an absolute treat! I adore these characters for so so many reasons. I really love the way M Sinclair tells a story. The characters are diverse, well thought out and have a depth to them that makes them feel real! Not only are her characters fantastic, the world building is amazing, this series is a part of a shared world and I just love how interconnected yet separate each main character's story is. The last couple chapters of this book had me on the edge of my seat, so anxious! When I finished the book I think I sat in shocked silence for a moment before the cliffhanger really set in! This was such a good addition to the series , with lots of action, some serious spice and I enjoyed how we got to know more about the men! Well written and such a treat to read, I am super excited for the next book!
Shadow Witch is the third book in the Phases of the Moon series. We learn more about Deva's past and that she has parents and people who actually remember her.
Deva and her men also continue to grow their relationships and while things get a bit more heated between them - it's not too crazy. She still obviously wants to keep things more on the tame side but is coming to terms with being in love with each of her guys.
We do eventually get to the culmination that series has been getting to but there is a bit of a twist and a cliff hanger so be prepared!
This book is set in the shared universe of Dark Imaginarium Academy and all series can be read independently (definitely check out the other books).
My only complaint is that because of the vast length of time between book 2 and book 3 coming out AND the fact that this book shares a universe, it would have been nice to have had a recap of what went down in the last book.
Shadow Witch is book three in the phases of the moon series and it picks right up after book two ended in a massive cliff hanger. It contains all of my favorite things: why choose, PNR, multiple POV. As usual, check trigger warnings before reading as this isn’t a high school academy setting. The harem is deliciously morally gray, which is the only way to be. You just never know if the guys are going to follow through with their threats or not. Deva (the FMC) and her guys are passionate about whatever they do, be it loving each other or learning about their past. I feel like in this book we receive so many answers to questions that have been popping up since book one and it was also a fun surprise to meet parents, grandparents and other family members of the guys. And of course I’m biting my nails to see what will happen in the next installment. I would still classify this book as a medium burn. Well done on another well written action packed novel!
Shadow Witch is the third book in the Phases of the Moon series, and for those who have been reading this series, you’re not going to want to miss out on what happens next! Shadow Witch picks up where book two left off and moves forward with drama, danger, and a ton of surprises. Deva has security from DIA after her accusing her of something she knows she didn’t do. While she may have escaped there with her men, that does not mean that the danger is over. Not by a long shot. Astaroth is after her and he intends to do whatever it takes to get her back. Brace yourself for some jaw-dropping revelations that will not only blow you away, but blow away Deva as well. No worries though, her men will be there to help her put all the pieces back together again. Good pacing. Good drama. Nice amount of steamy without losing focus of the main storyline. Watch out for the cliffhanger ending! 4.5 out of 5 stars
Shadow Witch, the third book in the Phases of the Moon series, by M. Sinclair is another fabulous dive into the shared universe of the Dark Imaginarium Academy and a definite must read to anyone that’s fallen in love with this world and these characters!
This story picks right where the second book left us hanging on a killer cliff hanger and jumps right back in to the deep end and doesn’t stop till the very end! This story was utterly riveting with many twists, turns and secret revelations you just won’t want to stop reading as you hope against all odds Deva and her crew can finally pull together to defeat the big bad.
Overall if you’re a fan of paranormal academy, RH romances with tons of snark, spice and nonstop adventure as we travel alongside Deva and her men then this is the one for you! Just be sure to check your triggers! And if you thought the first few endings were bad…buckle up because I can’t wait to see what comes next!
3.5 ⭐️ Wow a lot happened in this book. They leave DIA, get confronted by someone who assaulted her once and his gang of not so merry men only to be bailed out by Grim’s family. The families these guys come from… no wonder they’re psychos. As much as Cage is the crazy of the bunch his family almost seems the most decent. Lazaro’s family is terrible for sure and granny who dumped the fact that her father is Astaroth should go play in traffic. That was just mean. Now the follow up scene with Deva and Lazaro… now that was chemistry off the chart and real spicy. I like how the dynamic she has with each of them is different. I feel like we’re losing Oz more and more as we go. he’s losing personality and driving up the crazy which I suppose is meant to be his response to her being constantly threatened. The lunar ceremony was beautiful though that ending was kind of expected. Well written but she was always going to end up in this situation.

The Phases of the Moon books were a slight improvement over the Storm Dragons’ Mate series, but they still fell short of their potential. The protagonist, who has supposedly endured extreme trauma—including extensive torture and multiple deaths—doesn’t behave like someone who has lived through such experiences. Her trauma is mentioned, but not meaningfully explored or respected, making it feel more like a convenient backstory than a genuine part of her character.
She has five mates, and the relationship dynamic between them unfolds far too easily, without the complexity or emotional struggle that would have made it believable. The story also promised a powerful arc—she was meant to be the assassin of the big villain—but instead, she comes across as passive, lacking the strength and leadership one would expect from someone with her background.
There was enormous potential here, both in character depth and plot, but unfortunately, it wasn’t fully realised.
Shadow Witch is book 3 of 4 of Deva's story. This book picks up where we were left on a little cliffhanger at the end of book 2.
Honestly, M's books never fail to amaze me. They are written that good, that I seriously struggle to put her books down and go to work!
This book has Deva and her guys learning more about themselves and each other. Deva gets to meet the guys' families, and her reactions are so genuine that it also gives us a bit more history about the guys.
The bond between Deva and her guys continue to deepen, Deva realises she doesn't have to do everything alone and can rely on and trust them all. There are a lot of sweet moments and some steamy ones too!
There are a few twists that I did not see coming, that had me on the edge of my seat, and I honestly can't wait for the next book!
As Deva and her men run from the DIA and head towards the Nyx's home, they run into Ozul a person Deva hates and finds revolting. Ozul is trying to capture her and take her to Astaroth. With the help of of Nyx's family, Deva and her men escape to Nyx's home. There among the families more information on Astaroth and the deaths that are happening under is orders.. Deva learns a shocking truth about who her family is and what happened that she ended up in the orphanage. As Deva and her men learn about the current events they go to see what they can find out. The twist and turns in this book has you on the edge of your seat. The cliffhanger leaves hanging by your finger nails in anticipation what will happen.
