Great book. Almost an Australian version of A LittLe Life but not as sexually harrowing. Well written, although I felt it was rushed at the end. One of my favourite books ever.

An amazing autobiography of a boy growing up in outback Australia during the Gold rush, a true representation of how our elders lived, inspiring, heartfelt, funny, and emotional. I have never been moved by a book more than by A.BFaceys-a fortunate life. Will always recommend, a new strength formed in my soul because of the words written in the pages ...a book I will never forget!
