Mike Masters It’s the second time in as many months that I’m before a judge. Both times I settled with my ‘victims’ out of court, but the law says different. Assault and battery is a felony charge, and one they don’t drop so easy the second time around because it’s become my new weakness. The judge says one more strike and I’m getting more than a stern look and another red mark against my name. How was I to know it wasn’t her they were with? I swore it on the bible in court and I’ll swear it again. I thought those two guys were with her . Both times. I fucking saw her… But as it turns out I just saw her instead of whoever they were arguing with in public. Every time I go anywhere, I see her. Mary-Jane… If I close my eyes, I see her. When I sleep I see her. And waking up without her next to me is just a fucking insult. She’s become more than just a crush. And way more than just an obsession. So when I see a guy with her. When I swear I see her twice in two months getting mistreated? Of course I step in. Trouble is, the real Mary Jane? She’s my best friend Brett’s daughter and she doesn’t even know I exist. Not in the way I want her to notice me. And even more trouble for me, I’m seeing her everywhere that she’s not. It’s gonna be three for three the next time I go anywhere. I can just feel it. Knowing this is gonna destroy me, or my friendship with Brett as well as maybe my freedom. I think maybe I should just get away. Go someplace cold and damp so I can forget all about her. Forget what she’s doing to me without her even trying. But a surprise call from my buddy asking me for help changes everything. I mean, every. Fucking. Thing. He’s broken down on his way to some daddy-daughter day she’s having at work. But all I hear is Mary Jane and me in the same sentence. I’m already there in my mind before he’s even finished asking. Daddy for a day? I might be losing my best friend, but I'm gaining a daughter. For a few hours at least while I pretend to be her dad. How ‘bout I make you a mommy instead? Put a baby in that belly of yours, huh Mary Jane? I think this daddy needs you as his mommy. And not just for a day. I need you, Mary Jane. For. Ever.
This was a fun and OTT story that takes Mike, a guy obsessed with his best friend's daughter, and has him step in as her 'father' for a work function she has to attend. She has been just as obsessed as him but hid from him to not make things weird... Well. Of course, life doesn't carry on like that, and they both fess up their feelings and unleash all that passion ;) I loved the side story and the epilogues that wrapped things up beautifully. It was an entertaining story that had no real drama but good angst and a lot of steam ;D
Mike is for months in love with his best friends daughter Mary Jane. Mary Jane has a daddy-daughter day at work and when her father can't attend he tasked Mike with it. Mike finally gets his woman alone and nothing and nobody can stop him from claiming his woman 🥰🥰 Steamy, age gap, daddy kink, sweet and romantic with a sweet HEA 😍😍😍😍

Mary Jane has been crushing on Mike for years but being her dads best friend and him being a man of the world she knows that there is no way that he will ever see her as anything but his friends daughter. This doesn’t ever stop her daydreaming about what could be. It’s bring daddy to work day at Baby Trayne and her dad hasn’t arrived and the biggest shock is yet to come when Mike shows up in his place, after her real father is late. Mike is looking at her on a way that she has never noticed before and from that look alone she knows that something between them has changed, could Mike really be feeling the same as her or is he just helping out a friend?
Since Mary Jane returned from college he can’t get her out of his head and he is seeing her everywhere, only to discover that he’s hallucinating, these sightings are nothing but wishful thinking. Mike has been avoiding her as much as possible only he knows that he can only do this for so long and it appears that now is the time that they are forced together when his oldest fiend asks him to stand in for him at Daddy Daughter day at Baby Trayne. Seeing how Mary Jane is looking at him he knows that the time for him to finally claim his woman has arrived no matter the cost. How will Mary Jane feel when she discovers how he feels, will she return his love or push him away and will falling in love cost him his best friend?
I love these spicy reads that Lena Little gives us but this one was hard for me to get into. It’s an enjoyable read but doesn’t feel like internet flows. 3.7* read.
I have never really been a big fan of Daddy Best Friend interest but this one changes my mind on the matter.
Mike is like Mary Jane's uncle (eeeeww) until those eyes open and you see Mike and not the uncle/best friend/brother bond to her father, Brett. Mike is all Mary Jane can think about since coming home after college and she does her best to stay away from him - cause he doesn't see her like she sees him or does he? now she missed Mommy-daughter day cause he mom has passed - now up is Daddy but which one is gonna show?
Mike disappear years ago after the death of Mary Jane's mom but he did keep in touch and now he is back to pick up where he left off but he never thought Mary Jane would look as scrumptious as she does. Since being back, he has gotten into a little trouble with the law - to his defense it was not his fault, wellll may be just a teensy weensy little bit his fault. He sees Mary Jane every where and now he has to play Daddy for a day because Bret cannot make it to Daddy Daughter day at her job - oy vey and here is where the we find out - Is Daddy really gonna be Daddy for more than a day - cause he going for a lifetime.
S/N: Brett gotta his own new love story going on in the background too.

Mike has a problem because everywhere he goes he sees Mary Jane who he is madly in love with. A couple of times he punched someone that he thought was hurting her only to find out it was a different girl. He even had to appear before the judge. His biggest problem is that Mary Jane is his best friend's daughter. His feelings for her are just to strong for him to fight and he is looking for a good chance to talk to her alone. Then his phone rings and its his best friend. His friend asks Mike for a favor. It is Mary Jane's Daddy-daughter day at her work but his car broke down. He asks Mike to pretend to be Mary Jane's dad for the day. Mike is thrilled to have a chance to spend the day with Mary Jane. He is ready to be more than a pretend daddy to Mary Jane if she is interested. Mary Jane is definitely interested.

I loved Daddy For A Day: Book 23 of Yes, Daddy. Mike needs to do something about his obsession with Mary Jane. Twice now he had gotten in legal trouble because he’s seeing her everywhere, when she’s not really there. When his best friend calls and asks him to step in and help with Mary Jane he knows it’s his chance to see if something real can happen. Mary Jane is surprised to see her dads best friend walk in her work, and when he says he’s her Daddy all bets are off. And the way he’s looking at her, could he want her like she wants him? Such a great storyline and characters. I love the alpha male, obsession stories. I would definitely recommend this book and the series.

This book was a steamy fun read with a “dad-daughter” work day that needs a stand in. I thought that was a funny premise and it was executed really well. I especially loved the level of obsession that Mike has for Mary Jane. To see her everywhere. To need her to the point of obsession and chaos. To experience the threat of jail time because of how he behaves when he thinks he sees her everywhere. Then given the chance to pretend to be her daddy throws that obsession into overdrive so that even a work party won’t keep him from his woman. A super steamy age gap romance with great characters, interesting plot developments, and a sweet ending.

Another delightful story from Lena Little. Mike and MaryJane. Mike has been crazy about Mary Jane for a while, but doesn't want to publicize it right away because she's his best friend's daughter. But what he doesn't know at first is that she is just as crazy about him as he is about her and she tries to hide it because of her father who would certainly not agree. But true love does not let itself be guided . The passion and the steamy and hot scenes in between are splashing from the book and they do everything they can to be together and get their hea.

This is a really quick, steamy romance between Mary Jane and Mike. He's been a friend of the family for years but when Mary Jane graduates college Mike sees the woman and not his friends daughter. Mary Jane has crushed on Mike and is surprised when he goes all out to prove to her that he's in for the long haul with her. The story is strictly age gap but I didn't think that it was taboo. I enjoyed the story very much and loved the added epilogues at the end. Their surprises were priceless.

Mike keeps getting to trouble as he thinks he sees her with other guys, and they guys with become his victims. He has to get his under control before he ends up in jail. He closes his eyes at night and he sees her, Mary-Jane, his best friend's daughter.
When he has to stand in for this friend, pretend to be her father, makes him really want to be her daddy. Now that he knows she feels the same there is nothing that will stand in his way, not his friend.

This was a very OTT hot forbidden book. Mary Jane and Mike were great together. Mike is completely and totally obsessed and protective of Mary Jane, his best friend' daughter. Mary Jane has been in love Mike for years but neve thought that an older man would ever ben interested in her. These two clash together in a short yet intense insta-love with lots of steam, some drama, and a great HEA.

I absolutely loved Daddy For A Day by Lena Little. Mike is slowly becoming unraveled over his obsession with Mary Jane, his best friend's daughter. Everyday his desire to claim her becomes stronger and harder to resist. Fate lends him a helping hand when Mary Jane's dad called asking him to take his place at a "take your daddy to work" day at Mary Jane's office. Mary Jane is thrilled when the object of her affection tells her she belongs with him. 5 stars.
Mike (H) is obsessed with his best friend's daughter, Mary Jane (h), and can't believe his luck when his friend asks him to step in for a daddy-daughter day at her place of work. Mary Jane is surprised when the man she's been crushing on shows up to be her daddy for the day. Things heat up as they both realizes they want one another. Hot and steamy daddy lite OMYW quickie.
This was a great story. Mary Jane and Mike just needed a nudge in the right direction to finally admit their feelings for one another. I was also happy to see that Mary Jane father found his happiness as well with rose.
The author has given us a wonderful older man/younger woman story that pulls us into the lives of Mike and Mary Jane. The story keeps us turning the pages with forbidden desire, secrets and steam.

I loved this quick read. The couple was great and I especially loved the surprise at the end. He wanted to keep that memory alive and able to be revisited when ever they wanted too.
I really liked this story. It was entertaining and enjoyable although it was over the top quite a bit as well. The characters were interesting and likable. Coleman Trayne was a real kick in the pants. Mike and Mary Jane have had feelings for each other since Mary Jane came home from college. Mary Jane had been avoiding Mike since she was sure that he couldn’t be interested in her. Mike had started to have an issue with not seeing Mary Jane and knew that he needed to get to her to see how she felt about him. Finding the truth about their feelings for each other while at her work, probably wasn’t the best idea for either of them. Things got complicated. Then everything was simplified. That was followed by everything getting complicated again. I loved their happily ever after. I recommend reading this book.
