The author is an evil genius. She has a way to drawn you, keeping you in, and painting a vivid world you want a part of,
Gennie is the woman they knew and thought she died; she rose from the ashes as the phoenix she is and is reborn and fierce. Now known as V, she holds her pain in her person, ready and calculated to attack with Malik and Diego behind her. Yet everyone from her old works underestimates her.
The three have such fantastic chemistry together. With a new love interest, yeah, that was hot as hell. The author can write very spicy scenes. Two more are in the background. One needs to man up and change his misguided loyalty, and the other has no clue how he would redeem himself. If at all.
Malik is my favorite, he is bat-shitcrazy with a dark sense of humor. He has me laughing several times. I love him.
Some secrets are revealed, and many more are lurking in the dark. The twist at the end?!? I never expected it! I can’t wait to see what happens next.
I'm absolutely hooked on this series! Dragon Strife was the perfect continuation of Genni's story!
Our Dragon Slayer, Genni, now going by V, is back and better than ever. Not only that, she's got the strength of Malik and Diego on her side, as well as a new MC. But there are still men in the Steel Dragons who are on her side, even after everything she did to the club at the end of the first book. Strife shows V really embracing who she was always meant to be, and while the events of the first book still haunt her, she makes sure that the men who hurt her feel her wrath.
I can't not mention the spice!! This book is why choose for a reason. And that scene with the twin brothers 🥵 I just love that V knows what, and who, she wants, and she goes for it. She doesn't care what anyone thinks of her, even the chauvinistic men who don't think a woman can run things, including her step-brother Jaeger. I'm still reeling over that cliffhanger and am curious about the things that are going to be revealed in the next book!
Roses are red, Bruises are blue. Daddy Malik could shoot me in the face, n and my ass would say "thank you". . I have been waiting, what seems like, 927 years for this book.. I fell in love with Diego and Daddy Malik in the first book. Malik has such a way with words & is a hopeless romantic. for example, he says "I wanted to plan something special for our first time. Like maybe while you were f*cking her p*ssy, I'd slip into her ass. With candlelight of course". HOW MUCH MORE ROMANCE CAN A GIRL ASK FOR? Plus, his obsession with nuns is absolutely adorable, certifiable sure, but also adorable. . Gene FUCKING ieve... my bitch grew some lady balls & if you are new here, mama is a slut for a badass female, okurt. I would consider blowing up every bike outside of your brother's MC clubhouse an A1 level badass rating. And she has all of these sexy biker men swooning after her, where do I sign up? Sexy Diego, Crazy Malik and WHAT IS THIS..Malik's TWIN brother who he has a hate-hate relationship for and shot in the face Laith is here now too. These men all have one thing in common, help their girl get revenge for her father's death and be sexy while doing it. I'm still determining how many of these 2903 men she will actually end up with..so far we know definitely 2... my brain is telling me 3 for certain.. but there is also a bit of a gut feeling that maybe the real answer is between 4-5 sexy bikers 🤞🏽go read it & let me know if im right or if im just extra obsessed with sexy bikers lmao. . C.A. Rene, you make me want all the things I can't have but at the same time have blessed me with spicy scenes I never knew I needed. But don't think I forgot about that cliffhanger!! #pist… well, off i go to locate the other half of my exploded left nipple. ta ta. 🔥 MC Crew 🔥 badass female 🔥 some MM deliciousness 🔥 sexy badass twins 🔥 humor 🔥 stabbys and pew pews as always read the trigger warnings & be smutty!
This is book 2 of the Steel Dragons MC series and we start off right after Genni(V, Slayer) Varga exacts her revenge on the bikes in front of the Steel Dragons clubhouse. Setting them and part of the clubhouse on fire. She’s letting Jaeger know she’s coming for him and what is rightfully hers.
Malik and Diego have trained her to be a little bada$$ in just a few months. She’s not holding back any of her rage and that goes for the club Prez of the Hell’s March and his buddy Bear too. Let’s just say Karma V took care of them.
Things stay hot and steamy between V, Malik and Diego, but we see V sliding up close to Malik’s twin brother Laith! Yum!
We got a few answers this time but even more have popped up making you wonder how all this is going to end. We get left on a cliffhanger, not as bad as some but it makes me want the next book in this series ASAP!
Dragon Strife is book 2 in the Steel Dragons MC series. This cannot be read as a standalone. Dragon Strife pickes up where book 1 ended. OH MY FREAKING GOD, THIS SERIES IS AMAZING! C.A. Rene ALWAYS seems to write books that hook me and never let me go. Gennie...or V... is one BAMF who's itching to take back what's rightfully hers. Definitely recommend this series!
This series is absolutely amazing! It just keeps getting better and better I’m obsessed with this dark why choose MC romance! I love the characters the twists and turns kept me turning page after page I literally devoured this in one sitting! Can’t wait for the next book already!
Dragon Strife by C.A. Rene is a dark why choose motorcycle club romance. This is the second book in the Steel Dragons MC series.
I absolutely love Chrissy's books! I was pulled in from the first chapter and couldn't wait to see what was going to happen next. I loved getting Genevieve, Jaeger, Quinton, Laith, Deigo, and Malik's points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.
The book ended on a cliffhanger that left me begging for more. I can't wait for the next book in the series Dragon Scorch to be released on October 24, 2023.
I would recommend this book if you like dark romances, motorcycle club romances, why choose romances, contemporary romances or romantic suspense.
Dragon Strife picks up where book one ended. Genevieve or V is still hell bent on revenge with her family's former MC and from the one that her during her time locked up in the basement and boy did she get revenge on that one. V is still going strong with Malik and Diego and there may be an additional love interest thrown in. V has grown so much in this book you can't not get behind her and hope she can exact her revenge on everyone that has hurt her. I am really looking forward to seeing how this trilogy ends.
Explosive! Book 2 in this series did not disappoint. I loved every page! C.A. Rene had me on the edge of my seat. I could not stop reading this captivating continuation of The Steel Dragons MC. I became invested in these characters in Dragon Slayer and could not wait for this book to come out. So many twists and turns, secrets, suspense, and all the swoon and spicy scenes you want. Genevieve is a bold, badass heroine who has 3 protective swoon-worthy heroes in Diego, Malik, and Laith. So much steamy spice you'll need a fan. And...BOOM! Off to pre-order book 3. Come on October!
If this was made into a TV show, I would watch the heck out of it. I absolutely love how CA Rene used multiple point of views to tell many different parts of the story. It does help us get a better understanding of what’s happening but we’re still trying to figure out what exactly is happening. I feel like I am consistently entertained throughout the story even if at some points I want to go back to a different point of view to see the continuation.
The FMC’s strength and determination has only increased since first book. She’s stronger and more assertive but I like that she is still human. She didn’t become an expert overnight, she is still struggling with her emotions and the trauma she has experienced and she doesn’t always make the best of decisions, but she tries her best. I can’t even get into the men because some I definitely do not like, some I do like and some I just don’t know.
I can’t tell if a lot happened or just the right amount happened. I don’t know why I thought this was a duet so I felt like I was waiting for the ending and revelations that didn’t come. We ended with a bit of a cliffhanger and I don’t know how I feel about all this. This book feels like we just ended on the season finale and now I have to wait to see what’s going to happen next. I don’t even know what to think about the ending because it’s like a mini revelation but then drama. I love it.
I absolutely loved DRAGONS #1, so I had high hopes for this one. However, having to wait 5 months for this book to release after reading book #1 meant I read 100 books in between the two, definitely impacting my immersion into the series. More than that, though, what caused me like this book so much less were the editing issues. Although the proofreading was immensely better than the majority of Rene‘s books, there were still many punctuations/grammatical issues and typos, inconsistencies, errors regarding the timeline, and gaps/holes in the storyline. For example, in a chapter told from Quentin’s perspective, we are told, “Chino glares in his direction before looking back at me.” Chino IS Quentin. There were also aspects of the story that I found to be unrealistic and far-fetched. For example, we are told, “The shooting dies down and I look to find Malik still standing in the same spot. Not one bullet found him. ” Malik is not superhuman, so I struggled with that. PS: There are commas missing in that last example sentence.
Dragon Strife is the second book in the Steel Dragons MC series. This book is told from multiple points of view by Genevieve (Genni), Jagger, Quintin (Chino), Laith, Diego, and Malik.
This book starts off right where book one ends, so these books should be read in order. This book starts off with Genni wanting revenge for what happened to her. She is now termed the dragon slayer and is going after all of the people in the Steel Dragons MC who have wronged her.
So many secrets are starting to come out, and truths are starting to get exposed. Genni is discovering who she was meant to be and is learning about this other MC who has been her enemy. They may not be as bad as they seem.
I loved every moment of this book and had a hard time putting it down. There was so much drama, and tension. I can't wait to see what happens next in this series.
Thank you C. A. Rene and JLCR Author Services for the ARC.
Dragon Strife is book 2 in the Steel Dragons MC series. Holy you know what; this book! So good!! I’ve been looking for something to fill the void ever since Sons of Anarchy went off the air and I’ve found it. This story is excellent. It is a complex story; intricately woven together. So many pieces but Chrissy lays them expertly. The growth and strength we get to see V (Genni) gain is fantastic. A literal phoenix rising. We also learn more about the dynamic between Malik and Laith. How Quinton is coping with his decision to follow his president. Why Jaeger made the choices he did. And Diego holding everything together. If you enjoy a multifaceted plot, complex characters, action packed, forbidden/taboo, revenge, strong FMC, possessive men, tension/angst, spicy spice, questions answered but many more to uncover, then this book is for you. I know I can’t wait for Dragon Scorch in October.
"I've given you something I once had broken, ripped to shreds, and I barely made it out of that alive. Inside" “I still battle the wrath that wishes to consume me whole. The wild beast I wrangled into submission. If you break it again, I will never recover."
"You don't go into battle thinking death is an option. That makes you weak and too accepting of an outcome that isn't the one you planned for. You're going to walk into that battle with your body aflame in fire and your intentions clear. Kneel or lose your fucking heads."
“You’ll give me what I want, when I want it.”
"I won't let anything happen to you, but in saying that, I know you won't let anything happen to you either. You're the strongest person I know."
“Did the naughty boy have time to think about his behavior? Is he ready to admit what he’s done?”
"You were someone I looked up to, someone I fucking thought would protect me from the monsters in my life. Instead, you became one."
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🔥🔥🔥
Description:
The stolen Varga. A defiled princess. Those flames had hit the sky like the wrath of a dragon. They all stood there in shock, finally seeing me for what I truly am, A force to be reckoned with. The Dragon Slayer. The hatred in my brother’s eyes burned just as bright as the flames, but he had to have known he couldn’t get rid of me that easily. I plan to rip open his skin, exposing his insides to my torture. I won’t rest until he’s nothing more than a faded memory. He took away the only family I had left, And now I vow to destroy the only one he’s ever known. The Steel Dragons MC will be nothing more than burning cinders when I’m through. With Diego and Malik by my side, there’s nothing I can’t accomplish. Rules are forgotten and lines obliterated, All is fair in love and war.
This has me going in circles! We pick up right after the first book left off, with the Dragon Slayers recouping their losses of Genevieve burning down their bikes and clubhouse. Tensions are at an all time high though as Laith questions the night Genevieve was taken and Jaeger and Quinton are both going through their own self turmoil and rollercoaster. Indeed, I am definitely mixed about how I feel about some of these characters. Diego and Malik are still very much solid with Genevieve (they definitely deserve shoutouts for being instrumental in her growth) but we see her harem potentially growing. Laith definitely is winning hearts in this book with him beginning to step up and realize his feelings for Genevieve. I hope we get the backstory behind him and Malik’s conflict. Quinton seemed to like Genevieve in the prior book but his actions told us he prioritized the club over her and he definitely didn’t show he cared for her. Moreover, throughout this book even though he seems to gravitate in one direction, he still yo-yo’s about certain things so he still is on the fence to me. Jaeger is still consumed by his anger and while we get a better understanding of what his reasoning is and makes Genevieve see things from his perspective, he still needs to come a long way to redeem himself for what his actions caused her to go through (and certainly he might have set things in motion for her growth but there were other ways to go about that). fact, Jaeger definitely has the hate-love(?) relationship going on with Genevieve and even though he still isn’t a likable character to me by the end, I am eager to see how the author handles him in the next book (yes, this does end in a cliffhanger!). I also liked seeing how Genevieve is both strong and vulnerable here—she has changed since the first book and we are definitely on a journey with her as she tries to figure out how to face these challenges. The author definitely does a good job creating such complex characters! Additionally, this book brought up a lot more questions and underlying issues which I look forward to seeing resolved in the next book.
Dragon Stife is the second book in the Steel Dragons MC series by CA Rene. The books have to be read in order so if you haven’t yet read Dragon Slayer (book 1), don’t read any further or there will be spoilers!
Dragon Strife picks up right where the cliffhanger at the end of Dragon Slayer left us, with V training her butt off in order to avenge her fathers death and get revenge on the club that betrayed her. Along with her sexy biker men, Diego and Malik, she sets out to start a chain of events that I promise will keep you on the edge of your seat the entire time.
I absolutely love the world Rene has created with these battling MCs and the badass FMC at the center of it all. V is strong and powerful and so determined. For her to pick herself up after everything she went through in Slayer, it amazes me. And don’t even get me started on the men.. Malik is adorable and just the right amount of crazy, but yet sweet and will do anything to take care of V. Diego (my favorite) is powerful and domineering in the best way, and he really goes against the classic stereotype of a biker and I love him so much for it. And then we have Laith, who I really started to like more and more as this story went on. Jaeger and Chino can go fall off a cliff for all I care! The relationships and character development are where this book shines.
The story moves incredibly fast, with non-stop action and suspense. There were multiple twists that I did not see coming and I literally had to just put the book down and process it all for a minute.
The spice is simply amazing, I mean seriously top notch. The first spicy scene we get in this book, may be one of my favorites of all time.
I cannot wait to see how Chrissy wraps up this series in the final book, Dragon Scorch but I don’t know how I will survive having to wait until October 2023.
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
WOW. I was obsessed with Dragon Slayer and Dragon Strife did not let me down.
I can't even with Genni aka "V". She's GOALS, minus all the trauma she's experienced...but how she comes back from it.... I just can't. This phoenix rising from the ashes is on another level. 🔥
Diego and Malik are perfect and just what she needed at the end of the first book but now there's also Malik's sweet twin, Laith, which creates an interesting dynamic. Although we all know I love the crazies so I'm addicted to Malik, I think I highlighted half of the things that came out of his mouth. 🙃
"That girl owns me now, cock and balls." He grabs himself under the table for emphasis. "I think it's supposed to be heart and soul," I reply with a snort. "Not when you don't possess either of those things."
Bonus Malik quotes for you to enjoy:
"You pee all over your enemies like the barn-broken pony you aren't."
"Is he flirting with me? It must've been the head I gave him while pretending he was a priest fucking my dirty nun mouth."
"I wanted to plan something special. Like maybe while you were fucking her pussy, I'd slip into her ass. With candlelight of course."
🤣🤣🤣
I'm pretty sure everyone hates Quinton and Jaeger just as much as I do. I can see Quinton getting a redemption arc but I don't know how she could ever forgive Jaeger. His insane gaslighting made him even more infuriating. 🔪
"Jaeger has a date with the barrel of my gun, and if I'm feeling nice, I'll lube it up with his blood before I fuck him with it."
I'm absolutely hooked on this series. I can't believe this is already the second book in a trilogy because I'm ready for so much more. October is so far away...that cliffhanger!! 😭
First Malik is my absolute favorite character he’s hilarious.
Genevieve Is more badass in this book taking what she wants instead of cowering. She gets her revenge a little in this book so we get so much action in regards to the aftermath.
I love how all the characters are evolving into more as the series goes on. We have character development an a amazing storyline that just keeps going an dropping so many bombs it’s so exciting you don’t even realize how far you’ve read by the time the ending comes up.
Diego Is my second favorite I love how loyal he is no matter what once he claims you he’s by your side regardless.
Malik is absolutely amazing with his humor an one liners even in the worst moments you still get a chuckle. He is by Genni no matter what even if he disagrees with a decision she’s made I see him as finding what he truly needs in her.
Quinton Needs to open his eyes already an actually see what’s happening instead of just taking a side because of what he thinks he friend wouldn’t or would do.
Laith to me is the guy who sees everything an doesn’t judge regardless of what’s happening or has happened he just wants the truth. He an his twin I’m hoping become closer an we get more information about what happened between him an Malik
Jaeger I’m hoping turns out to have a different attitude in the last book. Maybe he’ll have an Epiphany an realize what he has done. Is it wrong to like his character I love the back and forth with V it makes me think in the final book we may have more explosive stuff coming that we definitely don’t know about an maybe everyone will join forces to take out the new enemy.
Well this book was incredible as I’ve said in the beginning I’ll be sad to see the series end with book 3 but I’m excited to see the conclusion of this amazing series an how everything ends up an if anyone gets their happy ending an who doesn’t.
DAMN! I knew V was the MF queen and she shows us just how badass she actually is in this part of her story. She is ready to rain vengeance upon those that hurt her the most, including her idiot brother. But man, the way this one started with that prologue I was scared. I wasn’t sure what I was getting into when I read that. It definitely kept me riveted to my seat, biting my nails with anxiety, and hoping that V was going to show us that nothing was going to take her down and that she would rise from the ashes like the Phoenix she is. What an crazy and insanely emotional rollercoaster ride!
With Malik and Diego standing behind her, never letting her fail, and pushing her to her limits, they have made V into the Dragon Slayer that they needed her to be. The three of them have unbelievably fantastic chemistry, and have gained a bond that is indestructible. Together they are hot as hell, incendiary and damn right filthy. And I loved every delicious moment that they shared with us.
This part of the story is setting the stage for what is sure to be an utterly explosive conclusion! It was filled to the brim with suspense, action, violence, murder and mayhem, and some deliciously steamy moments. But there were also numerous secrets that were being revealed slowly keeping us guessing right to the end. And that twisted ending OMG WTF! I don’t know what to think, but it has left me reeling with anticipation for the conclusion of this amazing story.
”You don't go into battle thinking death is an option. That makes you weak and too accepting of an outcome that isn't the one you planned for. You're going to walk into that battle with your body aflame in fire and your intentions clear. Kneel or lose your fucking heads."
Man, there is so much happening in this one! I’m loving the emotional ride this is taking me on. The highs and lows are well worth the ride.
I love the sense if danger and suspense throughout. I mean we all know and want our girl to kick some behinds but the suspense on when everything is going to go down is high. Definitely some moments I was not expecting and threw me for how raw and savage they were but I loved it. It just made me even more hype for what’s to come and kept me at the edge of my seat the entire time because we never know what’s going to happen next. I love how easy it is to read, easy to keep up with the characters and who is who. The plot has so many layers and there’s so much happening but its still easy to follow, I just wished the books were thicker because I’m obsessed.
C A Rene has some unforgettable characters and this one is no exception. My gawd I need me a Malik, Laith and Diego. Where can I get one of them? Asking for me because IYKYK. I’m loving the growth, the developments and distinctions between them. With so many characters usually its hard to remember who is who but Rene writes in a way that each and every character are impressionable and easy to follow each journey. Definitely some characters you will love and some you will hate and some we love to hate and everything in between.
I cannot wait to see how Rene concludes this story; It has quickly become one of my favorite MC reads but at the same time I don’t want this to end.
Dragon Strife is the second book this week that has blown me away. I am not really all that surprised as both books are from my favorite author’s list. Dragon Strife is filled with lots of twists, turns, drama, angst, the forbidden, secrets, revelations, all the feels, and soooo sooo much heat🔥🔥! I could not put Dragon Strife down and stayed up all night reading it. C.A Rene is one of my favorite authors and for good reason. C.A. always writes books that captures my attention from the first page and keeps me engrossed to the very last page and the fact that Dragon Strife has the prologue to Dragon Scorch the conclusion to the Steel Dragon MC series. I truly and completely recommend Dragon Strife, Steel Dragons MC trilogy, and C.A. Rene as an author. I have never been disappointed in any of the books C.A. Rene has written to date and I know I can count on her to entertain me with dark, forbidden, engrossing, emotional, reads. I can’t wait for Dragon Scorch to come out as I know it will be equally captivating and will answer all of my questions while doing so. One thing I can guarantee is that know matter what conclusion Steel Dragon trilogy has for V (or should I say Genni, Genevieve, Princess, Little Varga, or Slayer), Malik, Laithe, Diego, Jeagar, Quinton, Hell’s March MC, and the Steel Dragon MC C.A. Rene will leave readers wanting more. Happy Reading!!
I've been trying to figure out how to put my feelings into a review and they keep coming out like shsbdksldihfbwmslfjfbsm.
I've been waiting for this one since the end of Dragon Slayer and oof... the wait was worth it. Genevieve, Genni, V, Slayer, whatever you want to call her, she's one of my favorite FMCs. Ever. She's been through so much and she's come out the other side with revenge on her mind. She will do whatever it takes to uphold her father's legacy.
I love all the guys too! Malik is hilarious, Diego is caring, as well as Laith, Chino is realizing his mistakes (but also I want to throttle him) and Jaeger is just Jaeger. I don't know how else to describe him (he's also my favorite, but I like em super toxic.. 💁♀️💁♀️)
Anyway, Dragon Strife is action packed. I am needing the next one, but will have to wait until October. 🔥🔥 I'm fine, everything's fine 🔥🔥🫠🫠🫠
I’m so freaking in love with this series and all of the characters. Well, except Jaeger. He’s a effing d- bag and I do not like him. At this point, I’m seeing absolutely zero redemption. But I trust the process that comes from CA Rene. If she makes it where even Jaeger is redeemable then hats off to her. Because, yeah I see nothing. Quinton is honestly on my ish-list as well. Laith wasn’t horrible but he’s just meh at this point. But honestly I don’t mind him too much. Diego and Malik are it for me though. They’re perfect for Genevieve.
In this book, Genni is out for vengeance, out for blood. She’s set her sights and his name begins with J. She’s taking both clubs by the fistfuls. Who is to survive? The cliffhanger isn’t horrible, I’ve seen worse but it definitely leaves you scrambling for more!
I’m really loving this series so far. For the most part, the characters are fantastic, especially V and Malik. The plot is super exciting and the spicy scenes are absolutely delicious.
I am struggling a lot with Jaeger’s character because even after this book I can’t tell if he’s supposed to be redeemable at some point. However I am absolutely obsessed with Diego and the twins! And V is so fantastic and we really see even more of her bada$$ side in this book. She has really overcome so much!
This book really left us with a lot of unanswered questions as to how things are going to play out with both clubs, as well as the relationships amongst V and her guys. It’s all got me on the edge of my seat and I can’t wait for the next one!
We were hanging for book 2 in this series and Chrissy did not disappoint.
Genni really came into her own this book, being the bad ass bish she was always meant to be. Diego and Malik are just all in when it comes to Genni, and together they have some seriously hot moments.
There were so many twists and turns, you were always on the edge of your seat.
One of my fav parts was the moment between Genni, Laith and Malik. The twin tension is real ya'll.
Cannot wait to see what happens with Jaeger moving forward and how their merry band of sexy motorcycle men come together to bow to their true Queen.
Dragon Strife has me completely mind blown & hungover from h e double hockey sticks!
After months of training & taking back her life V/Genevieve is on the path of revenge as well as destruction. Love from men who were once enemies & hatred from another who was considered family..
I swear I could feel every single emotion this FMC is feeling . Her ups & downs , from the anger an confusion . Just all of it . Even the hatred she feels for the few in this story I feel it to my core . But as always heading toward the end of the book is definitely a twist I didn't see coming , now I'm DYING to have all the secrets that are going to be exposed in the next book . I loved this story I can't wait for the next book !
This book took me longer to read than normal but not from the story because holy crap that was sooooooo good! I loved book 1 but book 2 just blew it out of the water.
So much happens in this book, everything changes as though your on a rollercoaster that I never wanted to get off. You have some secrets revealed but then more pop up with so many questions that don’t get answered yet, which left me screaming at the book “what happens next?” 😂😂
Chrissy knows how to leave you wanting more with her cliffys, they are both brutal and amazing wrapped up in a package 🖤
So much violence in this book and with it being an MC I was definitely here for it. The descriptions where on point making me feel like I was witnessing what was happening. The emotions coming from the characters was beautifully written, I had tears, I laughed and cursed 🖤
The spice 🔥 well what can I say other than this author knows how to write good spice that leaves you needing to sort yourself out 🥵🥵😉 no dry panties after Malik and Diego get involved….. now just for the others to join in and well I can imagine where that’s going to go 🥵
I’m loving the story line and I can’t wait to see where it’s heading in the next book after that ending 😱
I feel like I write that books need an editor a lot. This one has so many plot hole and gaps and things that pop up that don’t align with the timeline that I’m sitting here like 🧐. There’s also so many instances of factual inconsistencies.
My favorite error is that no one would question her aim, my girl, you shot him at point blank range. There’s no aim involved. The personalities were wishy washy at best. I struggle to believe that Gen would not have had some sort of break down at some point over returning to the clubs, shooting someone, being in a basement??
I must have read a whole different book than all these five stars.
