I am a huge fan of the book “The Body Keeps The Score,” so I jumped at the chance to get this workbook when I found it. The opening line says it all of which is that the body keeps the score without us suspecting it. that’s why this workbook is so important. There are questions we can ask ourselves such as Have you ever felt like you have social anxiety and can’t seem to get along well with anyone? and Why do you think people remain stuck in their pasts? Then, there are different ways to work through trauma. For example, you can check in with yourself when you are feeling vulnerable and try to recall the last time you felt vulnerable, how did you feel emotionally? This doesn’t even scratch the surface of how much useful and helpful information is in this workbook. I am enjoying working through all of the exercises.
