Charlie Madden is a busy woman. She has her friends, her combat arts, her plants, and her job. Aside from a fling here and there to realign her mental state, life is good, and she is content. At least, until an injury lands her on desk duty.
Enter Tadhg O'Brien. Within five minutes of knowing him, she learns he's cocky and irritating, and isn't about to take any of her BS.
Damn him. And damn her for being intrigued. Oh, and damn him again for that hair, and those shoulders, and that filthy mouth that tells her all sorts of delicious things, and his hands that back it all up.

If Outlander was in set in modern day USA…
Out of the Soldier’s Heart Series, I have to say I love Guarded the most… and it has EVERYTHING to do with Tadgh O’Brien. *Swoons with a heavy sigh
Charlie Madden is a spitfire, rough, and tumble gal who meets her match with Tadgh (prounounced like Tiger without the ‘er.’)
I swear my Kindle was smoking whenever these two were on page together. Thank you, Kimber, for another spicy read to fuel my fantasies. This one was perfect. *Chef’s kiss.
