Nancy grew up along the Mississippi River in the sleepy little town of Winona, Minnesota, where her father was a professional photographer and her mother owned a Christian Book Store. In 1973, she studied at Northwestern Bible College in St. Paul and in 1976, moved to California to attend Biola University as a Communications/ Journalism major.

Nancy married Ron Anderson in the summer of 1978 and they settled into their tiny California bungalow. Nancy worked for a Christian record company where she was the editor of their company newsletter and worked in the public relations department.

In the 1980s and 90s, Nancy worked for Nordstrom where she was an award winning sales consultant and the commentator/coordinator for many of their fashion shows.

Because of her expertise in customer service, she currently takes special assignments for a nationally known company as a secret shopper. She goes under-cover to write evaluations of products and services from various stores and restaurants.

The Andersons presently live in Orange County, California where Nancy home-schools their 17 year-old son, Nick. She loves to chauffeur him to bowling league, swimming lessons, his part-time job, and Friday night Bible Studies. Timmy Anderson, their infant son, resides in heaven.

Ron and Nancy are active in their home church where they are involved in the drama ministry and the couples fellowship. "
