A nice wholesome comfortable slice-of-life chapter to Chise's story with a bit of action near the end focussing a bit on the characters from previous volumes more so than meeting new ones. It was an entertaining read, exactly what I expected from the series.
This is the point where I stop. I have gotten tired of the non-existent slow life. Also, this series touches on a trope I have less patience with these days- the loli baba. So I guess after 6 volumes, my patience has run out.
It's a bit fragmented compared to usual because there are more character POVs, but it's still a good read. I thought for a terrifying moment it might be the last in the series and was deeply relieved when I realised that wasn't the case.
