A very good wrestling biography. I’d put it up there with Hart and Foleys books. It’s a good mix of different experiences in the territories, personal life and the WWF and beyond.

The interviews from other wrestler throughout were also interesting to read. The book could use some love by a copy editor to correct some spelling by/grammatical issues. Also formatting can throw you off a bit when the narrative shifts because you are reading a quote thinking it’s a continuation of the last paragraph because it’s not italicized but it’s a minor issue you get used to.

Worth another read in the future.

A fun, easy read about The Sheepherders AKA The Bushwhackers. The guys have been around forever, wrestled with all the best, and had multiple championships through various federations. If you are a wrestling fan, this book is a must read!

Really fun read!

There were many cool and fun stories to read about. They had storied careers long before they were the Bushwackers I knew in the 1980s. Self-depreciating and honest, worth your money!

Great old school stories of wrestling in the 1970s and 1980s. I found a lot of typos in the book which was a tad annoying but the book was enjoyable overall.

A decent overview of the conjoined careers of Luke and Butch, but a bit messy and surely not the easiest project to write up.
