Pam Akumachi is an energetic 13-year-old junior high student full of curiosity. One day, when Pam and her friends try to summon the "benign devil" her grandmother used to talk about, the magic circle goes out of control and Pam is transported to a strange parallel world where angels and devils coexist with no humans in sight. There, she meets a mysterious man who says he will show her the way back to her world, but only if she becomes a full bona fide devil! Under the watchful eyes of Master Devil Lizyerra and her other apprentices Raim and Vine, Pam begins to learn what it takes to be a devil. Watch Pam as she catches and enters into contract with her very first spirit familiar - En Zu, learns about Conservation Law of Fortune and meets the "Successor of Aureole," an angel named Linfa, who is the spitting image of her best friend Rinka in the present world.
Loved the whole series. something New and Fantastical. Totally diff from all the Mainstream things they have out. The art was jus ughh i cant even begin to comprehend it. The story line definately had me hooked. Not to mention all the characters were so great in there own way. I think lyzerra was def my character. Specially when she spread her wings at the end. The finale was beautiful with pam and her friend kissing. -nose bleed- I loved this so much. I loved the humor and seriousness in it. It jus hit everything so perfect. I really wish the series was longer. Like what happened in here everyday school life before she went through the portal. And more of her school life within the new world. The Festival, and other things she went through. I will deff get another manga from the artist if there is something similar to this. I overly enjoyed it to the fullest and i still read it from time to time. I hope more people get into this. It would be awesome if this was made into an anime also, if it took the story farther in the anime that would be great. Great series altogether.
First, sorry I forgot when I started the book, I just remember that I read it back in January 2015. That being said it's a good solid Manga. The setting is very fresh and detailed so I would highly recommend it just on that point alone. I like all of the characters and the art is just... really good.
Now I have read all five volumes. If you'd like to hear what I have to say about the series in total just jump over to my volume 5 review.
I read this because it was free, and I have no intention of reading the rest of the series. The artwork is cookie-cutter Cute-Girl-Style manga and is too cluttered in places - the artist could have done with a lot less inking. The story is cookie-cutter Magical-Girl-Style and utterly unremarkable.
That said, it wasn't really bad, either. Just bland and forgettable.
