Everytime I read a clutter book, I will throw out large troughs of clutter. I needed this book as an inspiration. It is very incisive, no-excuses type of book. I had a few I was deliberating on reading. I got this one as it managed to change my mental wiring towards a no-nonsense approach. The last thing you want from these type of books is fluff.. For a whimsical clutterbug like me, parsimony is King.
I have to admit this is a very simple, general book. As in, some parts aren't really impressive, but those that are, come in handy. She answers all your un-answered questions on what to keep, what to chuck, and why. I feel a bit of compassion in her for old photos, vids etc. Overall, an effective book. I like!
I'm so disorganized that I had to return this to the library before they declared it lost and charged me for it. I'll have to finish reading it one day.
A very basic clutter book. A quick read. At 142 pages, including a chapter on "uncluttering your time," everything gets a really broad overview. Nothing is too detailed.
