This book was interesting introduction to Bohr and his work with quantum theory. It is very brief, but it does a good job outlining the important events in both his work and personal life. It then also gives some suggestions to other biographies or quantum theory publications if you'd like to continue resign about it.

It's a nice little toe in the water kind of book.

The book tells us the brief biography of Nobel laureate Neil's Bohr from his birth to death. It takes you to his personal life and interesting moments such as how he came up with the idea of atomic model, his rapport with great legends such as Einstein, Heisenberg and Rutherford, etc.
Neils Bohr the first son of Christian Bohr, chemist, Nobel laureate, Born on 1885 in Copenhagen. Niels Bohr had a young brother named Harald Bohr, who became a mathematician and also a football player, played for Danish national team in Olympics. Niels Bohr also played many matches for academic Football club as goal keeper with Harald Bohr.
Niels who is half Danish and half Jew flee to scotland when Hilter came into power in Germany, and flew away to America and worked in Manhattan project at Los Alamos with Feynman, Compton and other famous physicists under the leadership of Oppenheimer. After the first Atomic bomb exploded in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, he became worried for what he has done, then he started campaigning against it.
This is the best book to know about life of Neils Bohr, if you were very less know about him.

Recomendable.
