This is the most beautiful cookbook I have ever seen!
These are the kinds of dishes I'd expect to be served on a cruise ship or at a resort or health spa. The recipes are inspiring but totally impractical and over the top for someone like me. Still, I'll be making at least 20 recipes from this book - some are very involved & will need a dedicated afternoon. Even though there are many gluten-containing dishes (& some difficult/impossible-to-find ingredients), I still must give this book 5* & even if the recipes are intimidating, this book is worthy of study just for the amazing presentations & genuinely creative recipes.

Beautiful presentation. At first I thought the recipes seemed to fancy or complicated to try, but by the end, there were enough I wanted to give a go that I decided to buy a copy (since this one needs to go back to the library.
