This book was an accessible deep dive into the virtues that drive empathetic and inquisitive leadership. It contained real world examples and chapters that were a good length to get through in a single sitting.
The layout of the book is what reduced my rating. Often, tables and inlays are placed in awkward positions, cutting paragraphs in half. This layout divided my attention at times and made the experience of reading less streamlined. I found myself having to go back and reread sections as the layout had disrupted my train of thought. If these inclusions were placed at the end of the paragraph that they illustrated it would be a much more pleasant reading experience.
