Biggest thing I got from it (this time at least) is that the Illuminati didn't exist during Galileo's lifetime, Dan Brown doesn't know Rome very well at all, & Bernini wouldn't have been a member of the Illuminati.

I believe that people want to ride on Dan Brown's success. This book is one of many. Dan Brown is a superb story weaver and extrapolates information from many sources to create a credible storyline. Interesting information on the Papal Elections and such.
