Fantastic. I heard about this book in an interview between David Allen (author of book and methodology "Getting Things Done" or GTD) and Bill Lynch (President of Prochain Solutions) - search for "In Conversation" GTD podcasts and you should find it - ep June 16 2009. I was pretty impressed with what Bill had to say (Allen was audibly impressed too) so forked out for Newbold's book and again thoroughly impressed. Although I work in local government, providing services rather than products, I still feel a lot of the PPM methodology can be applied.
