This is the 2nd installment of this book which includes, among other things, the areas of bhakti and karma yoga, soul, world and "God". The essential theme, which is a continuation from part 1, is that there is only one "consciousness" and that we are not the body, mind or our senses. The Self-Enquiry Method is seen as the highest spiritual discipline in recognizing this unity of consciousness and the understanding of the "First Person" or "Self". The author states that the Self Enquiry Method is meant for the highly mature soul who is not to be cheated by blind beliefs or delusions of the world of appearance through the five senses. The author describes various methods, levels, or standards of spiritual teachings and , although salutary, are dualistic in nature and are not as effective as the Self Enquiry Method. I would highly recommend this book.
