Definitely not a book I would pick up on my own. But I'm a completionist so here we are. Was easy to read and at least kept my attention. I think it was written very well, I just don't care for sibling squabbles.

The book sister split is basically like your average teen soap opera. it's about two sisters Ivy and Lacey who's parents get divorced. Lacey stays with their father and Ivy stays with their mom. The story is centered around Ivy, who is always second-best to her perfect sister and feels like the black sheep in the family. As time goes on, she begins to get through her life problems however and learns to love herself for who she really is.

I thought this book was alright, but deffinately not amazing. It kept me entertained but wasn't anything unique. I hear about divorces and problems like these on a daily basis. The novel was very well written, I just wouldn't recommend it to people like me who prefer to read things that they couldn't normally see everyday. Overall this bok was decent, just not exactly my taste i suppose.

This book is so interesting. As a child whose parents have been divorced, I know what it feels like to go through that situation. Two sisters are broken up when their parents divorce. The divorce winds up having an effect on the relationship betweent the two sisters. Each sister is with one parent so the effects from the parents divorce winds up breaking the sisters apart. Although the sisters act differently towards each other because of the divorce, it is actually a test to see how strong their bond is, despite their parents divorce.
