Streets

Rate this book
Mel King's Streets, a book of poetry, has captured the spirit and rhythm of the streets that we travel everyday. Eliminating the negativity that immediately comes to mind when one thinks of streets, Mel replaces those thoughts with images of children playing, marching bands, and outdoor markets. The streets absorb the activities and spirits of the user, and develop a character all their own. You will never look at your street the same way again.

This book of poetry will forever change the way you look at your own streets. It eloquently describes the people and activities that give life to our neighborhoods and towns; children playing, street vendors, parades, etc. Mel King's words and the accompanying illustrations are very uplifting and inspirational.
