Gonna write a review for every bonkle book. Not too impressed with the art as it’s smudgy, but still a good lesson for kids about actually using your brain instead of letting your fists do the thinking.

I have become fascinated by the whole Bionicle story and am trying to collect everything that gives more of it. If you are not somewhat familiar with that characters in the later part of the story line, you might find yourself mildly confused in this book. But they do some explaining so maybe not. Either way, I think it is good for a young children's book. Just keep in mind that it is that. (And maybe read it with you kids if you have any. I didn't the first time I read it.)

I think they were going for a friendship theme and helping theme but it did not come through very clearly. Still a fan will like but not fun for a read aloud or if you are not already following them. Grades 2+
