I don't know how to put this in the review, but here it is.
- if the male love interest is a real human being, he would've been sued for sexual harassment and assault in real life
- the male love interest would've been fired on the spot for what he does to the female protagonist
- a myriad of grammar errors
- characters don't make sense
- plot overdone
I don't know what's wrong with Hailey Smoke, but irl, this type of male love interest would've been sued. That is sexual harassment. It's not, in any shape or form, romantic.

This could have been so much better. It had a good storyline, but it was written almost elementary like. Half the time I couldn’t tell who was talking. You need an editor stat.

3.5 stars. It was a good read I just couldn't get into some of the scenes I also have to say Rashida's parents and siblings were trash I don't understand people who seem to love some of their kids more than others😩😩😩

This was cute. I love that they didn't jump right in bed. They had a relationship before they were intimate. I also knew she would get pregnant. It's a given. The epilogue was a little mushy silly, but all in all it was an okay story. You got straight to the point. I love books like this. You didn't bore me with a long drawn out book that said the same thing repeatedly and still said nothing.

Great book!
This my first book by this author and I can say it was very entertaining and believable. I loved the chemistry between Sheldon and Raseeda it was smoking hot and very intense. The journey was fantastic full of ups and downs.. I highly recommend this book and author to my fellow romance readers you will not be disappointed.

Too many “hads”
This was a cute little story; however , sentence construction left a lot to be desired. The number of times the word “had” appeared was annoyingly distracting.
The storyline seemed too rushed as well.

Meet not so cute
Not a Meet cute, but cute just the same. They got off to a bad start when work is not progressing according to plan and assumptions are made. They have to work together; they revise those assumptions along the way as they come to understand what happened and they learn about each other. I liked how their relationship developed with slow heat and true romance. Good characters. Her family was not to be believed. I would have liked to be introduced to his tight knit family especially as opposed to her oppressive family.
Enjoyed the story.

I can't get past the scene where the FMC and MMC met for the first time which is annoying because I would have liked to see how she handled her family. MMC knows his company is in the wrong and instead of apologising and de-escalate the situation he goes straight to disrespect and insults. When you authors are writing a character pls get deeply into the character you are writing. MMC can't get to the level he's at, built his business by being that rude and not knowing how to handle situations of that calibre. Please do better by writing better

I understand cutting off family for the sake of your peace! It was a perfect form of validation for me! Thank you so much, Haley Smoke! The way I devoured this book! The character development, the banter was everything. I'm not a fan of sequels of the same couple, but I'd love to read another book with them in it. This was my first Hailey Smoke book but it won't be my last.
