Plan your week on Friday. This is a concise and practical guide to time management, it has the most depth around weekly and daily planning techniques, a little bit about longer-term goal setting. The value is in it being short and to the point, you want to read GTD, Deep Work, Atomic Habits, for more details and rationale.
