Its fine, its basically just another Death Merchant novel. The character of Tenkiller is an exact match to Death Merchant. Rosenberger even mentions him in the book. Tenkiller is a CIA agent, but when his family is killed by terrorists, he thinks nothing but revenge and goes after the terrorists all the way to the top of their command chain. Also the CIA and the KGB team up to find him to make him head of a combined force against terrorism, supposedly.
Can't recommend really unless you are like me and enjoy a taste of Rosenberger craziness every once in a while. Again just think any of the Death Merchant books and you get what this is. From bullets always just barely missing him, the silly analogies, and the same skills including a lot of costumes and changing identities.
