A touching, thoughtful, and often poetic glimpse into the reflections of a cancer survivor. I work in death and dying and often believe that brushes with death and grief can metamorphose us in ways we had never considered. This book is a testament to that.

Both authors have spent much of their career in academia and certain parts of this book read like a journal submission. I vibed with it, but you might not.

A great book for every cancer survivor. It helps you navigate life post active treatment through other people’s experiences. It normalizes all feelings you’re going through and you need that when forced to function in the land of the healthy during survivorship.

A good summary of the feelings you go through post cancer treatment. Lots of personal stories. The continual referral to "limbo" gets annoying quite quickly...
