“End of Abundance in Tech” is an eye-opening book that reveals the inefficiency of today’s IT. It provides the reader with very helpful information about how to make use of the changes in technology these days. The book is an invaluable resource for CEOs, CFOs, CIOs and for all those who want to keep up to date with the fast pace at which technology is evolving. This insightful guide is enhanced with graphs and charts that illustrate how IT has changed. I found the part about “continuous product health” very interesting. It explains how to reframe “technical debt” and how to make “product health” a daily habit. This is an excellent and much-needed manual with a lot of informative explanations.

Excellent

I'd say this book is a must read for management staff, particularly for larger companies. This book does a great job in explaining all things data and technology in a way that's very thorough and comprehensive, but also easy to understand for the lay person. The author breaks down concepts and issues, often comparing the technological health of a company to the physical health of our bodies. I actually really enjoyed reading this book, even though I'm not in management myself. I find all this rapidly developing technology interesting, and this book gave me a greater understanding from a consumer perspective of what it takes for businesses to keep up with technology, which is a must these days.

Here, he helps us understand concepts that may be unclear or difficult to grasp for us. He offers insights and helps us take advantage of the resources we already have and exploit them for our own benefit.

improve the efficiency

“The End of Abundance in Tech” by DeBow is a book about the importance of health in our technologies. This is a guide that will help you improve the efficiency in the technology environment, increase the server resource productivity, optimizing everything about it and having more transparency. These are only a few things you can achieve with the help of this book. What I liked about it was that it was good to read. It was not too complex so I was indeed able to understand it. But I assume it is a lot easier for someone specialized in IT. This book is definitely for people that are interested in the subject of IT and already have some knowledge and experience with it. It’s very helpful.
