I attended a conference with C. Leslie Charles and, among many other things, she was optimistic and enthusiastic about life. This book encompasses her enthusiasm and allows me to shed a different light on what others might deem stressful.

I received this book personally from one of the authors Leslie Charles at a conference I attended and never thought I would read it. The past year as been a difficult hurdle for me personally and this book gave me insight and a lot of perspective in how one deals with daily stress. More of a stress management book that enlightens instead of frightens, entertaining and very informative. As the book says: It Means You're Still Alive! So if you find yourself at your wits end and you don't know which way to turn, this imaginative page turner will amuse you, inform you, and equip you with a generous supply of innovative skills to help guide you toward a healthier and happier life. I spent a rainy day yesterday engulfed in this book and before I knew it...I had completed it.
