It is brief, clear and really useful. Define the five concepts of the emotional intelligence and has multiple quizzes to evaluate it. Definitely a excellent a pocket book where you will get some clarity in the topic if you starting out to read abou it.
Didn't learn anything new and the answers were so unrealistic, sometimes even the advice was unrealistic. The general message was ok, the main points that most people know, but nothing new.
This book really did nothing for me. I chose it, because the tests looked interesting; however, I didn't realize how tedious all the information before the tests would be. When I actually got to the tests, some of the answers were just stupid(As a slight aside, since when does intermediate go at the very end!)
