I thought this book was really cute. It's a rhyming book. It's a great book for a young reader who doesn't know a lot of words. It's about a boy and a girl who get dropped off for softball practice by Aunt Gracie. They soon realize that they were dropped off at the wrong place, but they improvise and decide to practice by themselves.
I like the rest rhyming in these books. My daughter had a worried look on her face. I thought it was because the children were at the wrong park and alone, but instead, she was worried because they were missing practice.
My 7 year old granddaughter Grace read this book with me and she liked that it was about playing softball. She liked that it was a rhyming book and that the parents came for them and that they played ball together. I did not like that they didn't address what to do if your left in the wrong place.
